Couldn’t ask for better service! Sean answered all my questions, gave solid recommendations and was able to install our system the next day! Great to finally have someone I can trust to do repairs in the future.
Great company, everything you could ask for! Price came in way better than the other guys, not only that the service was great. Sean really took great care of us and was very response and communicated with us every step of the way. Install was quick, and Sean was respectful of my home and didn’t leave a trace that any work had been done. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs….and ask for Sean.
Sean was great. Had an issue with my ac and he was out the next day. Had everything up and running like new.

I had a wonderful experience with Sean Kelly and Southern Point Heating and Air. My package A/C unit died after 15 years. I called several A/C companies and they either wouldn't service my area or they had outrageous service calls. Sean came right out helped me find a new affordable replacement unit. 100% recommend Southern Point and Sean if you are in Duval/Nassau County.

Sean is very professional and customer service oriented. He took care of an emergency for us on very short notice and did an exemplary job.
Our AC went out during the summer, and soon it was unbearably hot. I called Southern Point and, even though it was the end of the day and after hours, they came out to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, we found out that we needed a new system. Despite the fact we had a vacation planned for the next few days, I had such a trustworthy feeling from the owner Sean that I gave him the keys to my house and we arranged for the installation to occur while we were out of town. We got back to a clean and cool home. Other than the shiny and quiet new system, we never would've known any work had taken place in our absence. The compressor was installed outside in a tight space, and some of our outdoor furniture had to be moved to access the area. It was all put back exactly where it had been. They even swept the floor in case of footprints! The price was right, the service was excellent, and the owner is a good dude. I highly recommend Southern Point Heating and Air. Thanks!

My AC was not getting cold and I knew I would eventually need a replacement. Sean was quick to give me a price and make arrangements to make sure I had cold air. 86 degrees in my house and 8 months pregnant in the summer, Sean came over and installed a window unit (in the pouring rain) to make sure that I was comfortable until he could come install my new unit. Everything about the service was professional; He came in, installed it and cleaned up after himself. I've had home warranty send people to my house quite a few times before calling Sean and I will say that I wont do that anymore. If you want quality service, skip all that and go to Sean! He is professional, he will be honest, and he has compassion.
I called to get my air conditioner checked out as it wasn’t working. From the first phone call on, I received prompt, timely and excellent service all around. Sean even went to his house and put a window unit in my bedroom until he could fix the unit so my wife would be cool. I highly recommend this company! Without question, I found a honest a/c company that provides quality work at a reasonable price.
Prompt service. I called Saturday morning about my AC not working, and Sean had it fixed by that afternoon. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I will call Southern Point again when I need HVAC service.
Sean was extremely accommodating! I say this because, we called him mid day about a AC problem (it’s hot, it’s not working, you understand FL heat, AC is essential!) and he added us to his list for the day, which was full to just ensure we could try and get cold air pumping again! He came out, had it fixed in no time. Replaced a part, explained everything to our “level” because we know nothing about HVAC systems and was very reasonable with his price! Could not have asked for a better experience when dealing with a tough situation! I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!!!
