I was serviced back in Feb by Devon Puckett. He did a fantastic job. He was professional, kind and polite. He worked for several hours to get my Ac clean as possible. Natalie O’Leary, the customer service rep tended to my needs with consistent kind communication. Because of these individuals I will be returning to Snyders year after year. Great job to the both of you. Please keep these two happy Snyder! They are high quality employees in a time where that is a rarity. 5 stars
Update: after receiving quotes from Snyder, I’ve decided to obtain quotes from other companies since I really don’t know what a fair price would be for plumbing work. Snyder is my choice for HVAC work. I’m very satisfied with them so I thought I would try them for some plumbing work. Luke came to my house today and performed a free safety and maintenance inspection on my plumbing. He’s also going to provide me a quote for some plumbing work I need and for other cosmetic-type plumbing work. I was very pleased with Luke. He was polite and professional. I could tell he was experienced and knew what he was talking about. He took his time and explained things and discussed options with me. Before he drove off he provided me with an electronic report card for my plumbing and a quote for some of the work. The other quotes were going to require a discussion with additional trade folks. I was pleased with Luke’s visit today and am happy I called Snyder for my plumbing needs.
Eric was here within the timeframe I was given! He was very professional and thorough! He explained everything he did and what he found! He made sure I understood everything as well!! I highly recommend Snyder AC and Eric!!
Keith at Snyder has been the only repair person to tell us info on our air conditioning system being under warranty still. He was early for the appointment, was quick with the repair, and left us with a feeling that he and his company know what to do for A/C repair. We are not calling anyone else from now on.
Troy was very nice and professional. He called me prior to determine the issue and advised that he was on the way. It took him less than 15 minutes to diagnose my issue and complete the repair. I am truly grateful that Snyder (Rosemary) was able to get an electrician out to me on a Saturday less than 2 hours after I put in the service request. Troy was a life saver. I can tell that he loves his job and helping people. I would definitely recommend Snyder as a company and Troy as an Electrician for your electrical needs. Thank you Troy. Thank you Joe for fixing my A/C. Joe was excellent explained all my options clearly and answered all the questions I had. He was early thank goodness because we were without air conditioner for three days. Very highly recommend
Electric service is what I received today from Mike Cody. He replaced an outlet and my dryer cord. Mike was ON TIME, Professional, Polite and Knowledgable. I highly recommend using Snyder (R&R Electric). Good Service and Great Results.
Ryan is very polite as well as knowledgeable. He's been doing this for over 10 years and dosent mind you asking questions. He arrived, goes right to work after he explains what he's about to do. He waste no time, and things are up and running. This youg man is polite and keeps every clean. When done he explains the invoice and is willing to discuss any details. He arrived in the time frame given. Marcus explained what he would be doing today. Cleaning the ducts. He was thorough and cleaned up after himself. Great smile. Enjoyed his work. I Enjoyed having him in my house and great work.

Mr.Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He accessed the issue and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The cost, a little too pricey!
Dillon was my tech and he was outstanding. Immediately diagnosed the issue and explained it in a clear manner. Was patient and willing to answer any questions I had despite this being the crazy busy season (4th of July heatwave). Could not recommend Snyder more highly based on my experience. Their service plan at 250 per year seems worth it to me.
No one is happy when the AC dies in the summer...but working with Snyder has been an easy process. Cam arrived within the intial window and on time based on gps. The initial leak was not discovered on the first visit, despite two attempts to locate it. Returned and discovered the leak. Worked hard to repair as best as possible, until a new unit could be installed. Daniel came today and worked with us to find the best unit, in our price range. Holiday week and still a new unit will be here Friday! Can't wait for our new efficient unit with some new technology!
The company is very timely! I called in and had an apt in 2 days. They sent a professional named Joe Byrd who really knows his job and respects the company name. He listened and had a plan to offer us within the hour. At this time I would highly recommend this company! I’m addition, we appreciate the professionalism of Peter Rivera. He did a great job! Zian was also a very hard worker with a great personality. They are a hard working group!
Cam was really great! He was thorough with his work! And went into details about the issues at hand with our unit. He fixed all the problems and made sure it was taken care of and working properly before he left! Highly recommend
He did a great job and next time I need maintenance on my A/C please send Eric out for the service. I knew by just watching him work he knew his job so for that I would give him a 10 out of 10. I would also like to thank Rosemary for getting someone out today. Respectfully, Harvey James.
Changus was prompt and very competent with this service call. He troubleshot and diagnosed the issue in a quick and timely manner. He answered all of my questions and gave me a better understanding of how the systems operates on a technical level. There should definitely be more technicians like him.
Troy was very personable and professional. Amused me with my Snyderman trivia. Troy arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and took time explaining my situation. Electrical, plumbing and AC packages made a lot of sense and made affordable with bonus perks. Was scheduled promptly for initial visit and for the service a required. Very please and assured with service.
It smell better than Lysol after Joe Byrd finished. He is very knowledgeable, showed up promptly to help with an issue that developed being an older house. We appreciate his help and can’t say enough wonderful things about Synder!!
Update: Debbie called me back following the one star review. Wanted to understand where the breakdown in communication occurred. She confirmed they had me on the books for the time intended but online customer support may have overlooked something. I did speak with an electrician from their team following this review as well. Though I did not use them, their commitment to service did save their reputation in my eyes. Would give them another shot next time. -------- Original Review: 1 star Called about broken AC & pool pump, glad I called to verify appointment the day before because they did not actually schedule it. also could not meet the initial appointment "scheduled." these guys are the reason we call multiple service providers for a single job. waste of time.
