I highly recommend Scoot Air . I cancelled service i had arrange with another company because for a couple of weeks they were evasive when i called to ask when a repair part they had ordered would be delivered. Scoot Air came out the day after i called to request the service, and discovered the other company had totally misdiagnosed the problem. Ashley ordered the part that was actually needed, it was available the next day and Vicky personally went to pick it up. They me to fit me into their schedule the next day for repair. Ken effected the repair and my A/C in now working beautifully. This is a family owned small business that maintains a personal touch while being extremely professional. Me and my husband highly recommend them!

Installed a new system for my new home. The design was faulty and mold start growing in ducts from humidity and condensation .
This system is awesome and basically paying for itself!! Gave some time before post. They have a great expert team and products for the price! You will save monthly on bill and initial purchase. They installed Carrier for me🥳

I have been using this company for several years and the service has steadily declined. The first indicator was when I had them clean my ducts and vents. The guys showed up early, before I was there. My child let them in and I got there at the time they should have been arriving and they were leaving. I asked if they got all the vents. Of course they said yes, but I then discovered that they didn't. The next thing was the capacitor going out on my outside fan. I lost ac and when they came to fix it, the tech claimed I had a leak and told me I need to get a leak test. I paid for one and after two follow up visits....no leak was found. I have been calling the owner and he is not returning my calls. Needless to say, I am done with this company.

We had called the same company before to fix a clogged pipe which they fixed and charged us $60.00 for. Unfortunately, we had the same issue with a clogged pipe in which we were charged $200.00 for. The difference in price does not make sense to me and I felt as though it was extremely high for a clogged pipe. I will be going with a different company for any other issues we might experience.
Scott Air has been doing our maintenance and repairs for about 10 years. Recently, our blower motor needed to be replaced. Scott Air got us a quote, very competitive price with a couple other quotes I got over the phone. Carl came out this morning, replaced it quickly, and even entertained my curiosity about how the motor and wheel function. Always great service, friendly technicians, and reasonably priced.

Scott Air has been handling all my ac needs since 2010, they are quick to respond and their prices have been very reasonable on service and new air conditioners when I needed them.
Called today and they were able to send someone in the afternoon. Rhett solved the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you all for excellent service!
My AC was blowing hot at about 4pm. Scott Air installed the Carrier unit 12 years ago....I live at the beach and have never had a problem. They said they could come right away, but since it was expected to be in the 70's overnight I told them I could wait till the next day. The next morning at 8am I got a call that the tech was on his way! Jeff showed up and went right to work. He immediately diagnosed that the capacitor was the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. He did several other diagnostic checks and told me to prepare for a new system in the coming months. Jeff was very knowledgeable and shared with me all the options I have for a new system which I will need soon. 12 years for an AC system at the beach? Priceless! Thank you Scott Air!
Called for service at 4:00 PM and a technician arrived at my house within an hour. I was able to get a same day quote and my AC unit replaced within a week. Service prices and the quoted new AC unit were very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be a repeat customer.
Dave took time to inspect all 3 units and performed his duties well. He was patient to answer all my questions.
David was very professional and courteous! He introduced himself at arrival and promptly began working on our A/C units with excellent knowledge, skill, and care.
