Had pleasure to meet Darwin for installing our home dryer duct. He was so respectful and considering. He knew what was needed to complete the job. His conduct is a classic text book example of providing a customer service at its highest level. Highly recommended.
Our Technician Kurt was very nice and professional and even explained everything to this Ditzy lady I call myself.. I liked that they texted me reminders about my scheduled appointment and even sent me one with who my Technician would be.. Also the office staff was very understanding about a wrong email and resent everything for me...

Sent Luis out, I’ll never use another AC guy or company. From start to finish walked us through everything and explain how to do a few things to help keep the house colder. Couldn’t have sent a better person!

This is for the Truck, if you can avoid come here is an old man who is white who is the head of receiving department he thinks he is the owner when you come here they try to talk to you as if you were his wife. part of it is a street that has no exits and you cannot turn aside and you have to park in reverse. the appointment is for 8am they say that the appointment is for 10am later. they unload the truck from Parking because in truck no there is space and waste time if you can avoid this location

I wanted to give a shout out to Reliable for a job well done. All technicians (3)that I encountered were superb, informative, and thorough. The service manager Tim is very helpful and simply takes ownership of the crisis at hand. It was amazing the technicians let you know in advance when they were going to be there, they were here on time, took their shoes off at the door, and at the end of it all cleaned up every bit of mess that they had created. You don't find many companies like this anymore and I look forward to working with your team in the future. R from OBT

This is coming from a first time home owner: First class experience start to finish. Within 24 hours, I scheduled an appointment, had a technician surveying my unit/condenser, had quotes in hand, and installation scheduled for the next day. Technicians were on time, thorough, and professional. Had job done in 6 hours and not only educated me on the entire product line, but outlined what was best for my home, installed my new thermostat, and saved me money by maintaining some of the prior equipment and not replacing. Overall great experience and would recommend to all.
