TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Chris was the best!! Thank you for being an honest company in a business of sometimes questionable business practices. Every step was easy and the communication was excellent. My tech Chris was knowledgeable and showed me how to better maintain our system and answered all of my questions. All of my neighbors will be hearing about you.

Steve, the project manager, was very professional, helpful, and answered all the questions I had for the job. He also responded quickly to emails. The technicians did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and maintaining the HVAC and emailed me before and after pictures. I would definitely come back to North Port Heating/AC for future repairs/work.
Our air conditioner went bad and only was putting out outside temperature air. I called and spoke to Angela at the Northport office on the Sunday afternoon. She very quickly got in touch with Jeff, the service technician, who was at our home in about 30 minutes. The condenser had gone bad and he replaced. Surprisingly it was still under warranty. I am absolutely delighted with the service they provided. Jeff was very professional, informative, and nice to talk with. I know on a Sunday afternoon my experience went perfect. I have used Northport for years and always found them very responsive. Very happy with their emergency service hours. The weekend service charge was very reasonable.

Alen, Angela, and Toby provided great customer service. They went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem, work up a quote, and to fit us into the schedule quickly for a new install. They are excellent to work with.

The staff at North Port Heating and Air Conditioning are truly the best. Steve was very professional, gave a great presentation, answered all my questions and concerns. I asked Steve to include duct cleaning and an extended warranty to the proposal which he did, all at a price I was very pleased with. Steve informed me every step of the way from ordering the specific unit I wanted, which was a Lennox Elite HVAC, to setting up a time to do the duct cleaning and installation of the HVAC. The staff that performed the duct cleaning were very professional, they made sure all the furniture was covered and they cleaned up everything after they finished, they did a fantastic job. Chris and a couple other staff members did the HVAC install and they too were very professional. When the install was complete, Chris stayed to make sure all my questions were answered, and Chris took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the new Pro 8000 Honey Well Programable Thermostat. Even after the install Steve has made himself available to me for any questions I might have. I highly recommend North Port Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs a new HVAC, duct cleaning, or maintenance of their system.
Alen is very responsive! He took the time to answer all the questions that we had about the new ductwork. So far, we are happy with selecting this company over the other companies even with estimated costs being little high still good choice because for us receiving a honest, reliable and responsive service are most important things. We will provide an updated review after they finish the work! We are looking forward to say bye to old ducts and dusty smelly airflow.
