Our technician was awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
We called McGowan's to service our AC Unit as it went down Wednesday during one of the hottest days in FL. They said they could come out the next day with no specific time- cool. Waited all day for them. No call, no show. We called that Friday to get a status and a representative said they'd be in our area "shortly". They came almost an hour later and by then the afternoon storms came rolling in. A technician came in and said "I can't do anything in the rain. I'll be back tomorrow at 2". Saturday, again, nothing. No call, no show. I called them at 3 PM and said no one came by. The rep says "I don't have an appointment for you at all in the books..". I said "I'll just go with someone else." Rep, "K" then hangs up. The worst customer service ever. Absolutely no point in making an appointment only to have you wait home all day with no communication. I would not recommend this service.
Wesley was very courteous and professional. He was able to fix the problem and got my AC working.
Friendly AC tech whose will to repair and educate customer. Highly recommended.

Patrick was courteous and professional and fair. I'm afraid I can't say that for the answering service though. But that's probably irrelevant. I will continue to use McGowan as long as they continue to serve at this high level. Very nice job !!!
The technician actually called to come earlier than the estimated time. A very pleasant and helpful young man. Look forward to working with this company.
Had a/c problems and they were able to send out a tech the next day and I was back up and running.
KEVIN was excellent. He arrived early and got our ac unit fixed super fast. I signed up for the yearly plan since I have used this company before… Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable about his job. Thank you so much!
My A/C was down completely. My technician, Tony, did a superb job diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repairs promptly and professionally. My A/C is now running well , and my home is cool and comfortable. Thank you , Tony, for your great service!
It was the 4th weekend my ac went out….no parts in Florida…they dug through old ones found something that would work overnight and air shipped overnight from Atlanta…will definitely buy a new a/c with them….I am financial analyst so everything ends with what’s my best deal. I thinking in this situation it’s the service I haven’t told them that. Love this business

Starting with Matt who gave us our quote, very knowledgeable, answered all questions and very professional. Installation crew was David and Joe, David was lead and extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. He took his time and did the job right which is much appreciated and finally Kati who was the install coordinator, she provided me updates as well as paperwork I requested. Overall we are very satisfied and our unit is running perfectly. Thanks to all.
Our tech was super, he informed us of all he was doing and where all the specs were and what he recommended. Andres(?) Chavez was the tech and he's good at his job, thanks for a great job and all you did. Recommend McGowans for all your HVAC needs.

Called on Sunday 7am. Fixed by 5pm. Our usual a/c company couldn’t get here for 8 freaking days. Going to switch to McGowans for regular maintenance. Thank you!
My AC unit stopped cooling on Saturday night. I called McGowan on Sunday morning. The repairman came a couple of hours later and got everything working normally. Not only was the repairman knowledgeable, but he was extremely kind. Highly recommended.
Andreas was very polite and explained the issues that needed attention. He was professional and addressed the main issue that needed attention. Very pleased with his service and demeanor.

Dewayne & Anton were very nice, did a great job & answered any questions that I had, I appreciate them... there was an issue in the beginning, about the original quoted cost, but it was resolved before work began to my satisfaction... I suggested highly to Miss Lorie that in home estimates be done ahead of any work, just my thoughts... Thank you McGowan's A/C
