It was a install for in and out unit on a house remodel. At first the unit was not cooling the house so I had them to come out a couple of times and they keep saying the unit is working fine. Also stated that they checked everything in the Attic but I had the attic hold moved and it was blocked so I knew they couldn't get in the Attic so they did not actually check the things that they stated they were checking. Now the unit keep blowing the fuse every time I turn it on heat the unit was installed only a year and a half ago but I've been having issues with it since the day that it was installed. They want me to pay a service fee to come out that would be fine only if I didn't have problems with the unit from day one. The owner was supposed to call me back over 3 months ago haven't haven't even heard from the owner. Then the thermostat has seem to went out as well. Every time I turn it on heat the fuse blows. Right now I can't even get any heat so I have to have another company come out and figure out what's truly going on with the unit. I I think it's the wiring because they did not even change the thermostat or upgrade the wiring when they installed the new unit but I'm not a HVAC person. If you want a company to do a complete job don't pick Lloyd's heating and air.

Our AC was frozen-not only diD Wayne show up with in an hour do me calling- we also got 2 technicians that were straight forward honest and efficient. They kept me informed throughout their repairs ,cut back the bush that was blocking the AC and offered tips to make sure it didn’t happen again. Price was very fair. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs an AC technician and use them again in a second (hopefully I don’t have to though😉)

Lloyd's Heating and Air was recommended to me online when the fan on my air handler unit stopped working in the middle of the night and I am extremely grateful for the recommendation. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived ahead of schedule. He was able to troubleshoot the issue in a matter of minutes, locate the parts locally, and, once he had the parts in hand, he was able to complete the repairs in under 30 minutes. While the price for this service was slightly higher than I would have expected, given the simplicity of the repair, I found (after checking around) that the charges were on par with other HVAC companies in the area. Also, unlike any of the other local air conditioning companies I have used in the past, this company did not try to "up-sell" me or try to talk me into replacing my existing system. Instead, he was very up front about which items needed to be replaced today, which items were beginning to show wear and would need to be replaced in the near future, and which items were showing no signs of wear. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will be calling Lloyd's again for any future air conditioning needs.
