Techs were very nice and friendly…… explained everything to me, very courteous and helpful.
Had an issue and my AC went out. On a very hot day called and got Jimmy out within a few hours. Saved me from a miserable night of trying to sleep in the heat. Was very pleased with the communication and service. Would highly recommend
Rick was awesome! He arrived right on time. Explained to us what he needed to do and gave his opinion on how best to install the lighting. The overall experience with the company has been great. We used Lickety Split for plumbing and now electric. They are highly thoughtful of the customer experience and have great follow-up! A+ all the way!
The technician was very professional, pleasant, prompt. However, with a 15% discount applied the cost to install a ceiling fan pre braced was 466/fan. We did not go through with installation. Another example of lack of value was on a plumbing quote. Install kitchen faucet replacement and hooking up gas grill line to pre plumbed gas 333/hr.

The tech was amazing. Help moved stuff around, was very knowledgeable, great customer service skills, friendly, respectful. If I get any service done, I would definitely recommend him again.
The gentleman came in and diagnosed our issue promptly (also was early and appreciated the phone call ahead of arrival). They had the part in stock and changed out our sink. They gave different options for pricing and he was not pushy. The tech was very pleasant and did clean work. Will use again in the future.
Bought a house and water heater kept tripping the breaker. Called multiple companies in the area late on a Friday looking for someone to come on Saturday as we live out of town and can only come on weekends. Lickety Split was one of only two companies that returned my call and the only one to come with 1 day's notice and on a Saturday. Their prices were fair, and the electrician (Ritch) was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They just earned a permanent spot on my contact list!!!

The technician was very friendly and gave us different options to address our drain issues. He was very thorough.
Detail-oriented tech who was patient and explained what needed to be done to get the house in proper working order. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Replaced a dozen non-usable receptacles, installed a couple of necessary GFCI outlets, a bathroom vent fan and 3 ceiling fans. It was a lot and he completed the work quicker than I expected. From my initial phone call, it has been a pleasure doing business with this company.
Our tech was clean,neat and very efficient . The job site was left better than it was when he started ! I will have your company do electrical work for our home any time!!
We had a leak repaired and new washer dryer hookup installed, which led to a new hot water heater, air conditioning unit and water softener system. All of the installers were knowledgeable and great to work with. We would highly recommend this company to everyone!
As a rule I try and do business with local companies as I was born and raised here in St.Augustine, but I was in an emergency/ time sensitive situation, and Lickety-Split was the first company that responded to me. I I have never dealt with a company that was so very accommodating of my needs. Divisional coordinator, John Neal, was here the very next day as promised. He went above and beyond. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and took care of everything. He became aware of some other major issues that I was trying to handle, and recommended other resources that I was in need of. I didn’t realize that Lickety-Split also offered HVAC services, and he had another team at my home with in an hour or so to assist me with a solution to my a/c duct issues. William Shi and Jordan Stanley, the Lickety-Split hvac team, were also extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable, and spent time going over my options as far as my ac ductwork was concerned. I ended up hiring them as well. I look forward to having them take care of what needs to be done. In all honesty this is my very first review ever, but I felt like it was well worth the time. I’d love to recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c, plumbing, and eclectic services. You definitely will not regret it. Everyone I spoke with…from the receptionist, to the professionals, and even the owners….were absolutely wonderful. Do yourselves a favor, and make these folks your go to service! Thanks guys, for making this extremely stressful time for me that much easier!
The gentlemen from Lickety Split came out several times to try and help me solve a French Drain problem. Unfortunately, the solution to repair was not something I could afford. Aaron spoke with me several times. He listened and understood why I couldn’t move forward with the project. Aaron and all the employees from Lickety Split were professional, responsive, and understanding. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I am soooo happy to have finally found a legit HVAC company! So many shady characters out there. Lickedy Split (Jeff) went above and beyond for me. They have earned my trust, and I will absolutely consider them for plumbing and electrical issues as well!!!
I cannot speak high enough about the experience we had with these folks for a recent major plumbing project. We had broken down cast iron and a few associated issues leading to leaks in our walls and floors. Mike and Seth were AWESOME. They know timeliness, cleanliness, and efficiency are important to us and they demonstrated this understanding throughout the process. Other awesome experiences we’re with Will, Shawn, and Don. We had a very minor issue the morning after the repair (unrelated) and they came out immediately and helped us out. Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing following our first home purchase. They treated us kindly, professionally, and spoke to us like peers. A bonus is that they didn’t treat us any differently when arriving despite our massive rainbow flag on the front of our house. We had been treated poorly by other companies and being treated with respect and compassion is extremely important to our family.
Super professional and knowledgeable, we will definitely use their services again, highly recommend!
