The 26 year old Trane HVAC removal and newTrane HVAC professional installation was completed in a timely manner and the cost was an almost wholesale price. A generational family business.
I called the office to report a driver that almost ran their van into my car. I had my two children in the car. When I called to report it they acted like everything was fine but didn't say they would write him up so I had to call the police. My children are in tears as they saw their life before them.

Leggett Heating & Air came to our rescue about 16 years ago with an after hours service call. We have relied upon them since for all our a/c needs, new installation also. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their service has always been dependable and their employees knowledgeable.
There is only one word for Leggett. And that is OUTSTANDING!!! They are the absolute best in price, instillation, and customer service. I got numerous bids for instillation of a new HVAC system, and they were the best price, for the best equipment. No one else was even close. My choice narrowed down between Carrier and Trane. After researching HVAC system reviews, I chose Trane. I cannot say enough good things about Leggett. I really lucked out in asking him them for a proposal.
I have been a satisfied customer of Leggett Heating and Air Cond. Co. Inc. for over 20 years; having purchased 2 new Trane 4 Ton efficient units from them along with the purchase of yearly maintenance plans. Their maintenance specialists are on point reliable and knowledgeable in service, customer relations and satisfaction.
I have always been very satisfied using Leggett. I know my a/c and heat are taken care of, and they do not try to upsell stuff I do not need. They are very responsive and professional.
Great folks and great company! My A/C went out on one of the hottest days on record, and they took the time to come out for a trouble call. Mike spent about an hour here taking everything apart and checking for leaks to figure out our issue. Turns out we had a couple freon leaks in the condenser. WHOLE. NEW. UNIT. That was Tuesday; Friday we signed the work contract to get the ball rolling and the next Tuesday they had started the install! Professional, courteous, and good at what they do. Looks like we found our new A/C folks... Thanks Leggit!
Beware beware beware!!!!!!!! Bought a new system from them and 1 year later a part broke and they are charging me almost 2000!!! Buyers beware!!!
Called them on a Monday afternoon and they had a technician ready for me Tuesday morning. In Florida, when the AC goes out, it can get really hot, really fast - and they got us fixed right up in no time. Fair rates, and even better service. Its hard having a stranger in your home, not only are they trustworthy, but clean and quiet too! These guys should be your first call every time. Shout out to Colby and Tracie for the awesome service over the phone.

I have been with them for 16 years. They installed my system 16 years ago, have serviced it twice yearly ever since.it is an extremely reliable system and hasn’t required much in the way of repair until lately. Answered my questions quickly and honestly. Installers were prompt and polite. Didn't know before purchasing warranty that annual maintenance necessary to keep warranty but I guess that is reasonable. All in all good company and experience so far.
The old HVAC system was 15 years old and I wanted peace of mind and a top tier unit. Billy and crew were a pleasure to work with. Recently installed a 4T XV20i heat pump and hyperion air handler. The true magic is I decided to spend a little extra and have a multi zone control setup installed. It took 2 days for redoing all the ducting and a day to swap out the units and 1 more for an intense system calibration. While doing the duct work they had my comfort in mind and were able to temporarily hook up the ducting so I had AC at night. The entire time it was no hastle, no nonsense professionalism and Billy was able to break down exactly how everything worked and the ins and outs so i knew how to run a monster system like this. Definatly will be my goto HVAC company in the future!
Excellent service
I called Leggett to get a "second opinion" after being told I needed alot of work done on my AC unit. Well it turned out that was not the case and I would have paid through the nose for services I didn't need. Michael was professional, communicated with me and thoroughly checked my system. I will definitely use Leggett again!
