Decided to try J&W Heating & Air after many years with another company and so glad we did. Kyle was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Rates were very reasonable as well. When it comes time to replace our unit we will definitely use J&W.
Needed a service call as a new customer and I think I found a AC company that is not ripping prople off.The service tech was knowledgeable and spoke the truth.Not only was I happy about the honesty,pricing and recommendations.I signed up for a service plan.

Excellent - Very professional staff - Great communicators about features, hows and whys. Kyle and Ian came out to evaluate our ac status and purchase options for a new system. Ryan and Eric did the install - This was a team we felt good about having work in our home. Ryan was terrific in updating us as the work went along and was completed, and in handling questions and preferences. Thank you!
Ryan and Eric did are exceptional job at installing our new Carrier Infinity system. We’re great at answering all my questions. They were able to troubleshoot and complete the project. Very courteous and polite. Definitely a pleasure working with both.

Awesome service. Tanner was considerate, explaining simply everything they were doing. He also explained what needed to be done to keep my service working optimally.
Ross was on time and very professional knew what he was doing and serviced my AC very quick and very knowledgeable. He is an excellent employee.
I am huge on customer service and J&W went above and beyond. I received notification before he arrived along with a photo of mule technician and a short bio of him! He was so polite and thorough. He made sure to take the time to answer all questions before heading out to do his paperwork. He even came back to let me k ow he was leaving to to make sure there was nothing g else needed! I will def use and recommend J&W!

Dennis did a good job! He was very thorough and took time to explain what he found and what we can do to make our unit perform better. He was polite, professional, and we appreciated his tentativeness.
J&W’s Technician, Kyle was prompt, courteous and very thorough in his diagnosis of our a/c system. He explained how our system was not up to today’s standards as well as our options. He scheduled an estimater to come out and give us a quote so we knew the cost of a new system as part of all of our options. This level of customer service is why we’ve always used J&W.
J&W installed two full systems in my home in 2019. They have been a great company to use and I’ve referred a number of people to them. Their office staff are great when I place calls. The maintenance staff are always great. They are professional and provide great service either with the maintenance plans or repair service. Eric has been to my home before with servicing my ac units. He’s a great representative of the company. This visit he repaired my unit and then I asked him questions about air purification products. I bought a product and duct cleaning service based off my trust of Eric’s expertise. This is great company that hires great technicians. I’m a happy loyal customer!

They did a great job we got financing on the equipment which made it incredibly easy. The guys who came out to do the work were awesome Ian and David from the D both get a A+++ for the work that they did. J&W is the place to go if you are looking for any of your AC needs to get done right. Wanted to give a update Tanner did a great job coming out and servicing are AC.
