Ideal Conditions installed our mini-split and does our routine maintenance on our main system as well. Fast, quality, professional service. We recently had one of the techs out (Mike) to repair a thermostat wire that was damaged by another contractor. Mike had us back up and the system checked in under an hour. Terrific company. Jan. 2020 Update - We had Russell out today for scheduled maintenance of both our mini-split and 5 ton Carrier main system. VERY thorough! This continues to be the company we recommend to others! Dec. 2022 Update. Logan from Ideal Conditions was out today for our regular maintenance check. Very thorough and he explained all the various numbers on the system in detail. Very personable too. I have yet to meet an Ideal Condition employee that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Great company and employees. July 2023: Our main system was having trouble keeping up with the current heat conditions. Chris came out, checked the system specs against the last maintenance visit, went over the system inside and out and had the system operating normally within an hour. Very engaging guy and answered lots of questions!
We have been with Ideal Conditions for many years now, so when our A/C started to struggle last week, it was an easy call. Shortly after, Kevin arrived at our house. He wasted no time in troubleshooting our system and diagnosed what the issues were and what was needed to get them fixed. Very professional and thoroughly explained what the problem was, what was likely the cause, and what the fix was. It's techs like Kevin that reinforce our confidence in the team at Ideal Conditions.
Mike was very professional & helpful. He was patient with all our questions & did a thorough job on our repairs. Ideal Conditions was recommended to us by my brother in law & they did not disappoint! We even signed up for a biannual maintenance plan with them.
AC went out and called Ideal and they responded quickly and sent out Chris. What a true professional. He diagnosed our issue(s) right away and immediately went into action. His knowledge of the AC equipment was thoroughly impressive. He is a true asset to Ideal!!
Couldn’t have chosen a better company! Both ac units went out within days of each other. I called after hours to see if someone could come out to take a look. My expectations were far exceeded! Chris showed up within a hour, introduced himself and immediately began working on a diagnosis. He showed and thoroughly explained what repairs were needed. Then went over quite a few solutions at different price points, listed pros and cons for each, and allowed me to decide. No pressure! Because there were 2 units plus it was late, Tom and Ethan came over to help. Tom went over everything again and made sure I understood it all. I have old units but they didn’t try to sell or force me into a new one. They kept it real and were true professionals through the entire process. We went with one of the repairs Tom suggested. They stayed well past midnight working to ensure I had air conditioning that night! I will only do business with this company moving forward! Still amazed with the quality of work done and professionalism. Great people overall!

Tom and son, Ethan, are fantastic. Ideal Conditions installed my AC 14 years ago (by Tom) and they have serviced it ever since. Our air conditioner stopped working. I call several companies, but they couldn't get to it right away. Called Ideal Conditions and Bobby contacted the service repairman Mike. He said he could be out in 25 minutes. He was on time, polite and professional. He checked everything out and had to replace the capacitor. He explained what he was looking for as he was working, did the repair and checked the cooling fluid. He was done with everything in less than an hour. Airs back on and cooling off. I would recommend Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Thanks Mike Update: 6/26/2023 Air conditioner was dripping water. Called Ideal Conditions and it was after hours, they said they could have someone there by 9:00 PM. Tom and Ethan arrived early, I explained what was going on an they went right to work fixing it. They explained what they were doing as I watch them work. It took about half an hour to remedy the issue. Tom and Ethan were very professional. If anyone needs their air conditioner worked on, I would suggest Ideal Conditions. Thank you Tom and Ethan.
Tom and Ethan arrived within an hour of my emergency call when my air conditioner stopped cooling in the middle of summer. They throughly inspected the unit and diagnosed the issue. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained the different options that were right for my system, along with the pros and cons of each option. They then made the repair and gave me some pointers to get the most out of my A/C unit. I am very satisfied with the work, professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend Ideal Conditions.
We have used Ideal Conditions Heating and Air in the past and they have always exceeded our exceptions as well as saved us money, so when one of our AC’s stopped working, we called and Tom was prompt to help us. He was able to diagnose the problem and expedite the factory recommended parts quickly. Now my AC is running better than before. Ideal Conditioning never tries to upsell you on anything and believes in maintaining the life of your AC for decades to come as my two AC units are now 20 years old, working efficiently in cooling my home as if they were brand new, thanks to them. Would HIGHLY recommend this AC service company.
I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism Chris displayed from the start of service, to the end of service. He was thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. And he listened and answered all of my questions and any concerns about my AC unit.
Ideal Conditions in Jacksonville, FL was recommended to me by a co-worker for a new AC. When they came out for an estimate, he showed me an issue with my old system that no other company mentioned and it has made a world of difference. I did have an issue with the thermostat today and Joshua came out and it was a very quick fix. I am very happy with the company.

Beginning of hurricane season, it was 95 degrees INSIDE my house. I thought my AC was completely broken. I called Ideal Solutions and Loren answered the phone. She was so understanding and so professional. She assured me she could have someone come out that same day and within 3 hours at that! She even called me with an ETA of the technician. Tom arrived within the timeframe the said and he went through every aspect of my outside unit as well as my 26 year old air handler. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. He took time to explain it so I could understand and did not try to upswell me , instead he gave me a discount and 24 month written guarantee on their work. The scheduled the work for the next morning and they came exactly on time! Tom introduced me to the technician Kevin and the work began. My condenser fan motor was replaced, new capacitor and a complete pull and clean needed to be done and leak seal added. My old unit works fantastic now! Kevin, the tech was amazing and kind and explained everything I needed to know including how to properly flush my system with vinegar at least once a month. He also had to relocate a cooling pipe and add a piece so that I could easily get to it. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and it took quite a bit of time and labor about 5 hours but he didn’t complain he kept working. I’m so happy with the service Ideal Solutions provided me that i will only use them from now on. They are the real deal and from the office to the field, the staff are top notch. I highly recommend them for your air / heating needs. In fact Tom mentioned that indeed they do electrical work so you already know I will be calling Ideal Solutions for all my work. Thank you Kevin and Tom for such fine work. Even down to the mention of making sure my cats don’t escape from the door, y’all have a new customer for life!
Experienced error code @ 11pm. Called & got 9am service call! Thanks Ideal. Mike & Ethan diagnosed problem, picked up the part & returned to complete repair!

Mike and Ethan came to our home, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They took their time figuring out the issue and coming up with a plan that worked for us. I would definitely ask for them specifically the next time I need service!
We were having issues with our thermostat maintaining temperature after a new part was put in. Josh came out and checked everything, turns out it was not the part but it was our thermostat that was going out. My husband went and bought a new one and installed it but it still wasn’t working so he called the company again and they sent Josh out again as soon as he was available. He went above and beyond to get it fixed, giving us nice cold A/C again! This company has been great since we had them install our new unit 7 years ago, would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
Mike was sent the day I called. Very professional and knowledgeable! The temperature in my store was unbearable and he had everything working again quickly!!
