The worst can deal with, I don't recommend them at all. Cheater and unprofessional P.S Reply to the Owner, When they came to fix the cooler, It works fine but not cooling enough, he starts working on it for maybe 20 minutes, and at one point it stopped working, then I asked him if it not working he told me that I know where is the problem. I said what is the problem, He said he wants to go to his car to speak with his boss and he came back, So I asked him why it didn't work, and he replied I have no clue. He said that I have to call a different company to find out what the issues are, and now he wants to charge me $292. for 20 minutes not he didn't nothing, he also messes up the cooler and now it is not working at all. Plus when I called his boss hang up the phone in my face, Yes they are cheaters and unprofessional. Customers be aware of this company.
Scott came out within 90 minutes and fixed my HVAC system on a super hot day (85+ indoors.) Thank you all so much. Will be a future customer, and I'll see what I can do about getting y'all I'm on my commercial jobs going forward. Incredible local company that knows their stuff.

Asked for a quote on getting my AC repaired or replaced. Was told after an hour of the tech walking around and not doing anything that they would have to reschedule for another day. But my bill today would be $328. FOR WHAT?! Absolutely not
A truly fantastic company!! From the first contact with Kathy in the office to my technician Ray, Howard Services went above and beyond. The work was done same day and with reasonable pricing!! I will use Howard Services in the future and recommend to all my friends and family!!
This company clearly takes pride in its excellent work and customer service. When another company pressured me into thinking our furnace was broken, these guys gave me a third opinion and discovered the problem was a broken fuse. The technicians are qualified and a great pleasure to work with. I greatly endorse them to all my family and friends.
Service was on time and very professional. Technician Matthew was excellent-he explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Howard Services for any A/C Work.

I have a maintenance agreement with Howard Services and scheduled an appointment for a routine check of my system on May 27, 2021. Matthew arrived an was very personable and professional. He checked and cleaned the system, recommended replacement to two electrical components which I agreed to and added some freon. Matthew was very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient and explained what he was doing. We are about to enter the hottest part of the year and I don't want to make an emergency ($$$) AC repair call. I have had Howard Services for serveral years and would definitely recommend them and Matthew to anybody needing a/c purchase, maintenance, or repair.
During regular maintenance, I told my technician, Matt, that the unit was making a fairly loud 'reving up' sound when it came on. He investigated it and found the motor was going out. He immediately checked to see if another one was available & asked if I wanted it replaced that day. Of course I did since summer is right around the corner. He installed & tested it and it works wonderful. This is the quietest my unit has been in over a year! By the way, I mentioned the same problem to my previous tech last year but he brushed it off as a temporary problem that would go away. Matt was very thorough when doing the regular maintenance, checking pressure and cleaning the unit inside and out (never had another technician do that before). I'm VERY pleased with his service and will continue to stay with Howard Svcs as long as I keep great service like Matt's!

Amazing organization. They always find a way to fit me into the schedule. Best of all, they do great work while putting people ahead of profits. Thank you for taking care of me for the past seven years!
Adam with Howard services is a very nice and professional repairman. He fixed our ac very quickly, took pictures and video of what he did, and saved us a lot of money. I am very grateful to him. This is an exvellent company. Very responsible. No B.S.

Florida has been such a draggg as far as AC goes in my house especially with my not so friendly ventilation that I have installed in my house. My AC went out starting in the downstairs of my home about a month ago & I had a technician come out and do an inspection on the unit. Our tech, Evan, had the problem fixed within 35 minutes that’s with lunch! Haha next time it’s on us EVAN! 😜

I’m a business owner and have Howard service maintenance all of my equipment including my walk-in cooler and freezer. And 3 air conditioning units. Evan is my usual technician but have also had the pleasure of having Adam Scott Dayle and Ray. Any time i have a problem they are on it. Very professional and so friendly. Fair prices too. I will always use them.
