The ONLY T&B contractor we use!
SMALL TIME BUSINESS, SMALL RESULTS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Shoddy and incomplete workmanship. Unable to adequately prove their own reports. A company that does not understand the commitment to quality and/or accuracy. I contacted other contractors and found similar results. Apparently it is a small family business that does not care about what they do and are willing to lie about what they did (or did not) do. If you have any job requiring high level of knowledge in this field then stay away. They are so small time it is pathetic. DO NOT ACCEPT BIDS FOR MAJOR JOBS FROM THIS COMPANY: LOW BIDS AND LOW QUALITY. THEIR EMPLOYEE OR "PRESIDENT" COULD NOT ANSWER SIMPLE TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUE PROFESSIONALS OR TECHNICIANS. AFTER RESEARCHING, FOUND THE "PRESIDENT" HAS NO TECHNICAL BACKGROUND, JUST A BUSINESS DEGREE. MORE RESEARCH DISCOVERED THAT THIS WAS SIMPLY A BUSINESS HANDED FROM A FATHER (KNOWLEDEABLE) TO A SON WHO HAS NO SENSE OF ETHICS REGARDING HONESTY!!! THEIR BUSINESS DESCRIIPTION SAYS THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESSS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. THE HISTORY SHOWS THAT THIS BUSINESS HAD BEEN ESTABLISHED IN 2011; JUST ANOTHER LIE!! THEIR PRESIDENT IS "CHILD-LIKE" AND HAS NO COMPREHENSION OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RUNNING A TRUELY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST BUSINESS. INACCURATE AND UNDETAILED REPORTS, SIMPLE "BOILER PLATE" TEMPLATED REPORTS. I PERSONALLY DOUBLED CHECKED ACCURACY OF SOME TEST RESULTS (WITH UP TO DATE CALIBRATED EQUIPMENT); MANY APPEARING NEVER HAVING BEEN DONE (NO TEST PORTS DRILLED/LOCATED, AND/OR NUMBERS OUTRAGEOUSLY INACCURATE- ENTHALPY, PRESSURES, ETC.). ASK THE "PRESIDENT" WHAT ENTHALPY MEANS, AND JUST WAIT FOR THE STAMMERING AS HE TRIES TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE HAS NO CONCEPT OF. LUDICROUS, BECAUSE HE "OFFICIALLY" SIGNS AND STAMPS A REPORT GUARANTEEING THE ACCURACY OF SOMETHING HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND AT A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. We use Holistic Test and Balance for all of our existing resturants and or construction new builds. Jim and Nick are a joy to work with! They always work with our client's schedules and provide us with a clear report for the corrections that need to be made. 10/10 service!

A very efficient Company employing very efficient staff. The AC at my restaurant space was not keeping temperatures at a comfortable level even though the landlord and his AC guy insisted the ancient AC units were operating correctly! I called Holistic Test and Balance and they sent a very nice young man, Shawn to check and balance my kitchen hood. Shawn did everything that was necessary to bring the outgoing and incoming make-up air in balance, but the following day the hot air problem persisted so I contacted the owner of Company and spoke with Nick Uffelman. Nick went into great detail explaining what the other issues might be over the phone and very graciously sent Shawn back out the very next morning. Shawn spent a good amount of time identifying and correcting all these issues and the air is definitely way cooler than it used to be. Both Nick and Shawn also went to the trouble of speaking with the landlord's AC guy to let him know their findings. I am really impressed with the service I received and the pleasant caring attitude of everyone at Holistic Test and Balance. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation! Thank you guys, you have made our lives better!
