Kenny and Jimmy did an amazing, fast and professional job of replacing my 2 heat pumps, coils, and condensers. Cleaned up and vacuumed the inside of the house as well as picked up all trash that might have been made outside. Also took all the old equipment, showed me pictures of work since I'm disabled and can't make it upstairs, and explained use of the new wireless thermostats. Definitely will recommend this company and ask for those 2 by name!
Our AC went out during a heat advisory. I called 8 companies and no one could come out today, before finding Hammond. Rhett answered the phone immediately and said he could be here within an hour. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it replaced in about 20 minutes. He even let us know the capacitor was under warranty, which we didn't even know. He was amazing and we are so thankful to have cold air! Would highly recommend this company.
Quick response and great customer service. Bryan came out, quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor and got my AC unit running again. Saved my life in this 100 degree Florida heat.
First time customer - Hammond was great! Provided a great explanation of what may be causing the leak and offered insight on the rest of the status of the unit. Waiting for a quote on potential repair. Very much appreciated the transparency in that if the work isn't urgent, waiting until the winter to do the repair could result in a lower price point.
Excellent service! I had an issue with air conditioning on a Sunday. Technician was at my home within an hour and completed the necessary repairs. It is a pleasure working with Hammond. I highly recommend them!
They offer regular service hours and there is emergency after-hours service available. Rhett, Brian and Barbara were very helpful when scheduling an appointment and providing information and pricing regarding the problem with our A/C unit.
Jeff always does an excellent job, and solves my issues quickly. It is never fun to have issues with the AC, but Jeff, and the staff at Hammond, make it as pleasant as possible.
Our unit cut off in the middle of the night and within the day we were able to call in and get it fixed! Brian was very kind and efficient in fixing our outdoor unit in a short amount of time. Update (June 21, 2023): Brian came by and helped us out again! Really grateful for his services and once again very efficient!

We used Hammond Air at our primary residence last July 4th. They came out on a holiday and did same day service professionally and were very friendly and personable. They also made sure we knew the part was under warranty and just charged us for service/ repairs. Fast forward to my moms newly purchased house close to ours and when the house wasn’t cooling enough, I ended up calling them again after the company who installed my moms unit never returned my call. They came out first thing the next morning and I received the same awesome experience from service technician Rhett. He was very professional, informative and personable and also informed me the part he was replacing was under warranty. I would use them again and highly recommend others to use them as well.
