They have every part you need, they're helpful, and the website is effective. If you can reasonably describe the part you're looking for, the website will find it for you. Pickup is fast, prices are good. I run a pressure washing business and the help me get all the odd fitting and plumbing pieces I need. When the Home Depot plumbing isle whoops you into submission, try these guys.
Went in for an online pickup of a large item shipped to the location. The guys there were extremely helpful and friendly and quick to get my order for me. Much appreciated!
I cannot speak to Grainger as a retailer, however I can speak to Grainger as an employer, having recently had a negative experience with what can only be described as a ‘subpar 3rd party contract recruiting company’ Grainger utilizes to recruit employees. In short, in addition to wasting my time, lacking in overall transparency, providing conflicting details, the vendor did not respect my privacy & security. Unfortunately, Grainger’s choice of vendor(s) does have a direct reflection on Grainger’s reputation as an employer and company overall - After all, this vendor is both using Grainger’s name and acting on Grainger’s behalf. Worse yet, I reached out to management @ Grainger to share my experience with their 3rd party recruiting vendor and was simply ignored. Based on this experience, I simply cannot recommend Grainger as a viable employer. ✌🏽
Called Grainger Jacksonville what a disappointment they were not let me talk to an employee in the parts department to ask for a part or a question about the planning of a well pump they had a file report on a computer then transfer me somewhere probably in some other country with another lady that knows nothing about Plumbing

Needed a solenoid to get our restaurant back up and running and ordered one online through grainger. It ended up being the wrong one and Greg and Genavia spent a lot of time helping us cross reference part numbers and fixes. Finally located one in town at their warehouse and was able to run up and get it and get back open! Thanks for your time guys! You’re the best!
Been waiting on a package for months and it never showed up ended up getting one for better price and quality than what grainger sends out

Great experience. I called up ealrier to get the product ( capacitor ) and product ( capacitor ) was right there when I reached. They helped look for right capacitor for AC and looked for better priced option without even asking. Friendly staff. No wait. In and out of the store in 5 minutes.

Very helpful helping me find some fuses . They didnt have them in stock for immediate pick up, but they did get them to me the same day.
Very proficient and courteous
The associate on staff today went above and beyond! I'm an awful person, and I couldn't see the name on his name tag, and I forgot to ask. But this gentleman (with a big brace around his wrist) did everything within his power to help us find a piece to swap out on our pressure pot conversion. He even stayed late to try and help! Unfortunately Grainger didn't have the part. However, it wasn't for lack of trying!

Wouldn't know. They are currently making everyone wait outside and they will come and get you. Stood outside and waited for like 25 minutes along with like 8 other people. No one ever came out. I eventually left and ordered what I need from Eriks.
