I have been using Gaddy Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 3 years and I will not use another AC Company as I have tried all the Big named companies in the past before learning about Gaddy Heating and Air Conditioning. They are extremely responsive, very reliable and knowledgeable, have fair pricing, and just down right honest! I highly recommend this company and I am glad I found them :)

Called my home warranty company for not working AC. Gaddy Air came out to inspect it. Home warranty denied the service so called Gaddy Air to see if indeed due to user fault. Determined that it is user fault and offered pay for the services. The gentleman agreed and said would send someone to do the job. Instead this person blocked my number and won’t return calls. Even hung up on my face when I called from work phone to see what’s the deal. If you don’t want to take the job BE A PROFESSIONAL AND SAY IT. DONT PLAY LIKE CHILDREN AND BLOCK PEOPLE. This is completely unprofessional and very immature. If they act like that god knows how they will act when they take a job.
I have used Gaddy for several years now. I call and trust no one else. Extremely prompt, professional and just a nice person. I highly recommend him.
I worked with Gaddy Air in March, 2021 and wanted to share my experience. My initial contact was to have my upstairs unit repaired, which he resolved handily. Upon completion, I asked if he could replace the unit which at that point was not functioning optimally. He honored his quote for over 1 year, due to disruptions from the pandemic and returned a year later to complete the work. He single handedly completed the job within 1 day and I have not had a complaint since. The job was neat and the price was far less than what I paid a larger company for my downstairs unit. I am in the process of setting up a maintenance plan with Gaddy but have not done so yet. I highly recommend and support this small business
Jerry was VERY knowledgeable about the HVAC business. He cleaned the coil in the furnace and the old thermostat was replaced with a new one. Now my house is freezing. I had to turn up the AC. He's my #1 AC technician. Shady, greedy business owners don't believe this, but honesty, knowledge and fair pricing will take you a long way in your business. Keep up the good work Jerry. Thank you.

The first company/technician that came out to diagnosis my air conditional unit submitted improper information about what cause my air condition unit to fail, and Choice Home Warranty denied fixing my claim to repair my air conditional unit. So, a friend referred me to contact Gaddy Heating and Air Conditioning with my AC problems. So, I contacted Gaddy Heating and Air Conditioning for a second opinion. I spoke to Jerry about my air condition problem, he set an appointment promptly and came out and diagnosed my air condition system and explained to me what the problem was and what part need to fix my AC unit. He had to order the part and went and picked it up, came back fixed my unit without delay. Jerry is a first-rate technician and a total professional with outstanding customer service skill. Mr Gaddy was extremely professional and communicative. He did an outstanding job cleaning our AC coils as they were completely blocked up. Mr Gaddy was friendly, and explained to me exactly what he was doing. The final bill was actually $375 less than the other estimate I was quoted. I would not hesitate to use Mr Gaddy again when I need repair. I would confidently recommend his services to anyone needing HVAV service.

We have used various AC repair places in the past 10 years. No one came close to the professionalism and quality that Jerry showed us. He was very complete in his diagnosing and explained everything clearly without any elitism some other places we have used. We won't be using anyone else from now on.
