Impressive in most ways except end result. I am now on 2 techs in 2 days (waiting on #3) and my house is currently 89 and my system is almost 2 years old. I bought it brand new from these guys loosing faith with the company with every trip
Technician very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to break things down on older unit for me and explain how system is functioning and what is recommended and why.
Had a great experience today, called and the tech was out within the hour, did what he needed to do. Very nice tech named Kasey.
There’s a reason I call Florida Home first. They are extremely responsive, professional, and actually take time to educate me about my system. Chris came out today and was one of the best technicians in the HVAC industry that I’ve ever interacted with.
They do not know how to return phone calls. We have personally been waiting a month for them to return our call to come out and fix our a/c. There is anywhere from 7 to 10 kids at my house. My daughter personally has asthma and I am having her go to a friend's house during the day so I don't end up in the hospital with her. Me personally have almost went to the hospital over the weekend.
Technician was very professional and thorough. She took her time to explain what she was doing and gave me some tips on how to keep my unit in top working condition
There was some kind of discrepancy between me trying to book for a Google electronic repairman and who came. Nicest guy but unable to do the work I needed done and yet still had to pay.
The tech Tavelle and the representative Sasha were great! I’ll request the same tech for the next maintenance. However, the customer service other than them 2 was awful to the point of hanging the phone on me for asking if Sasha was available since she had all my info already. I would have canceled the service of it wasn’t for the tech that was great.
We needed our unit fixed.3 people came out and no results. Wanted to charge us for thermostats because tech was unfamiliar with or smart thermostats. .
Called them for a quote to replace a bad filter drier and they charged me $109 for the diagnostic and tech visit. Shouldn't have been charged for a diagnostic, just tech visit. I informed them what was wrong, just needed a repair quote, which was in my opinion to high for said repair. Checked other AC business and got a reasonable lower quote and saved $500.
He came in read the thermostat. Turned it on and off and left, even though he was told it was 7 to 9 degree hotter than set in the heat of the day, yet wouldn't do any diagnostic even though asked. He said call back when it was happening, even though we did and they said they would come out, but didn't til the next day, early afternoon when it was not happening.
I received service same day and before the end of the day! Florida summers are no joke and AJ, the technician for Florida home air conditioning fixed our unit in lightening speed !
Love the quick response and friendly employees! Alex was fantastic and saved us from the heat. Also found out air scrubber wasn’t working properly and a replacement is on the way!
First of all don’t even call the number unless you want to be pressured into buying an 18k unit by a salesman that didn’t even give my wife enough time to get in touch with her husband to talk about this decision. By the time I was able to discuss it the work had already started. One thing is there is no way on this Earth I would even think about paying that much for a new ac unit. We would have gotten estimates and gone with the best option. In the contract there is a cancellation clause. What they do is hurry up and speed things through so the job cannot get canceled because of situations like this. I will never recommend this company. Run Run Run
Mike the lead was great ! I had to be careful of bugs since I'm deathly allergic with epipen. Also asked them to put van on sidewalk. No problem. HOA rule. Provided water and towels since they were working so hard. Great job guys thank you !
I’m very disappointed with this company. We were told that we were receiving a new a/c unit and handler back in December 2021. It hasn’t been working properly since. The air hasn’t been cold and we’ve called 3 times for service. The technicians came to service and claim the it was low on Freon but could never find the leak. The 3 times they came out was during our free 1 year warranty. Each time they refilled the Freon but could not find the leak. This 4th time being called for service, which is after the warranty, the technician finds the leak. Now they want to us to pay $1500 to fix the problem. Also, now we are being told that we signed and paid for a scratch and dent unit. Wow, this is crazy, because of course we not aware of this. This is bad business and we will be seeking an attorney.
The technician did a wonderful job. He explained everything that he was doing. I would rate his service a high 10.

Been without air for 12 days. 5 different techs have come out 2 no shows. Have repeatedly called and continually given the runaround. Nobody has returned calls. Would not use again.
Received a call about special on a/c maintenance service for $29.00. Great price so I signed up. Patrick was my service tech. He did an awesome job plus went beyond his duties by spraying a bunch of wasp nests that was near and around where the handler was at.
