Best supply house in Jacksonville. Best service in town.
Horrible place to unload, have being here since 10am and they have not finished yet to unload me and is 4:00pm. Friendly people but, but sloths are faster than them.

Second best supplier besides us! 😁 I've used this Florida Cooling Supply location when I was a contractor and now, we occasionally do some B2B sales when in a pinch. As a contractor, they have always been the most polite and friendly folks I have encountered in all the supply houses in NE Florida. George is very knowledgeable. Larry (territory manager) always does a great job for his customers and is a straight shooter. They are accurate and efficient. No waiting an hour at the counter to get your product. They distribute ICP products (Comfortmaker, Grandaire, Tempstar, Heil, Acroair) as well as Gree ductless products. Just throwing this out there too. This branch (pre-covid) threw the BEST customer appreciation/vendor days! Hopefully they will bring that back soon! Times are crazy right now trying to get equipment and materials as a contractor. Definitely try and have these guys in your arsenal of suppliers if they are not already in that list.

Nice place, great people
Do not deliver products here. Drivers are by default infected and therefore not allowed to use the bathrooms or enter the building. However every service guy that is actually purchasing something walks right in. Liberals!
the shop is open on Saturday until 12, we called for half an hour that we were going and was 5-7 minutes late, they said they would wait for us ... we arrived at 12:05 and the store was closed and there was no one, and we rang exactly at 12:00 and no one picked up the phone ...not good guys not good...
