I just recently had an AC unit installed by Florida Cooling and Air. The process was seamless with them. For starters they kept me informed the whole time that the orders were being placed for parts and unit and then their field team did a phenomenal job with the installation. Eric and his team really know what they are doing. The we’re here on time and finished the job in half the time they estimated. They picked up after themselves as well and my AC is working great. I would highly recommend this firm to do your AC work and repair.
Horrible communication with getting appointment/service issues handled in a timely manner. I expressed my frustration with Veronica and was met with hostility and her looking to argue. Technician had a hard time diagnosing my issue, but I understand it can be trial an error with the system. Would not recommend or use again.
The employee who worked the floor had no knowledge about AC or AC parts and sd me the wrong part so i still don't have AC in my house!
Eric did the repairs on our HVAC system. The company was quick, efficient and professional. There was lots of extra things he had to do to repair our unit and he did so willingly and without complaint - and after the repair, he put everything back together for me. I will definitely call this company for any of my HVAC needs.
As a new homeowner, Eric made my first experience with a broken A/C easy and professional. He communicated what I needed and went out of his way to make sure I knew how to avoid future issues. I would highly recommend Eric for all your cooling needs.

Eric and team quickly determined from photos I sent the replacement system I would need, and once on site determined that a Freon leak of concern was not an issue saving me hundreds of dollars. Will continue to use their service and highly recommend.
Amazing prices and service
My old heat pump was dying and I got several estimates for the same equipment. FL Cooling gave me a bid and the salesperson, Eric, was superb in price and professionalism, they came and installed the new Trane Heat pump today, Aug. 7. 2020, I can't say thank you enough to these people, their workmanship was superb and the place looked like they had done house cleaning after they were finished with the installation... I would suggest if you are in need of a new system or repair on your old unit, it would be wise and you can save money by getting their prices first and you will not get a better installation from anyone else,,,, Thank you Eric

This is a reputable and upfront business. They provided the utmost professionalism when installing our new AC units. Mr. Ancliffe was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the AC units and took the time to explain to us every options we have down to the best product to choose for our home and needs. Him and associate, Joe, were both friendly and very easy to communicate with. They installed our AC professionally and efficiently.

These folks are amazing! I interviewed more than a few AC companies, explaining my particular needs to each. FL Cooling is the only company that listened. They installed a new heat pump for me, inside and outside units, as well as a ductless mini split. They were prompt, courteous, polite, and clean. They did an extraordinary installation job in a very timely manner. They interfaced my existing smart thermostat. They triple checked the work and provided excellent service. They answered all my questions and took the time to ensure my questions were answered. Highly recommend and will refer to my friends and everyone who asks.
