We had an HVAC issue and a time constraint on a recent condo purchase, and Brandon responded immediately when others never returned our call. He was responsive, prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely meticulous in the work he needed to do. He will be the one we call when needed for HVAC repair.

In April 2023 my ac is still working. Now over 5 years ago. Back in January 2018 3 1/2 years ago they tryed to rip me off by technician stupidity, Funny thing unit is still working perfectly. Its been a year now since Brandon misdiagnosed stating need for new system, It still works perfectly since I got another opinion. My unit was 5 years and 9 months old when it quit. Buyers beware don't let them ruin your day with their errors. If they tell you your system is old and best to replace. Call someone else you will do better with almost anyone else. I got another opinion and saved 4,000 dollars. Their technician is either a thief or unqualified for leaving valve closed and telling me the unit was shot.

Called with my issue and came by same day! Not only that but he was able to fix the problem while explaining what he was doing and why. Highly recommended. Pricing was fair. I will not call anyone else for my AC/heating system.
Brandon was not only respectful, but also very informative while diagnosing and repairing the issue with our heater. He even brought in a temporary heating unit while assisting us to hold us over while he helped resolve our issues! Almost a week later and our house is still staying warm. Thank you, Brandon!
After 40 years I finally found 5 star and Brandon! This man knows AC units like the back of his hand. He was meticulous and found problems left by previous company. He explained each step and wanted me to see everything he was doing. He fixed my issue and did badly needed maintenance. He did not ignore other unrelated problems. You will not regret hiring this exceptional company!

For years our home had humidity issues and no one could pinpoint the cause. We tried so many different HVAC companies, but most of them just wanted to sell us a new unit. Brandon from Five Star methodically went through our entire home with a tool to measure moisture and temperature and did a thorough check of our ducting, as well as took apart our indoor and outdoor units to check and clean everything. He made repairs and installed a UV light in our system as well. I'm not sure the extent of everything did, (though he did his best to explain--he said he tends to overexplain things) but for the first time in about 3 years, our home is not humid. I truly cannot say enough about how thorough and conscientious he is. He was especially considerate of our dogs and young children and respectful of our home. His pricing is also fair and he checked back in with us after his work was completed to make sure everything was working well the next day. He's the only person we'll ever call for our AC in the future.
I was able to get an appointment after 24hrs of speaking with the technician. He took his time performing the diagnostic on my system and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommended.
I referred my elderly parents to this company and they came out right away to repair a Mitsubishi heating and cooling unit. The owner of the company was very honest and reasonable priced. I will definitely use their service again.

I highly recommend this company. I was weary of hiring a big name company since being burned in the past, so I’m glad I did my research and found Brandon. He was punctual and thorough. Everything was explained to me very well. I feel like I got excellent service and will use them again in the future. Edit: Brandon came by today to perform an annual maintenance. He found many issues we were unaware of. Brandon makes sure you know what he finds and will explain what should be done. My hvac has never run better. Thanks! Edit: Another great experience with Brandon. We had an issue and Brandon came out first thing the next day. He found our issue and resolved it. He is very transparent and goes above and beyond to make sure he provides great service. I’m very happy to have someone I can trust.

Prompt and very thorough. Based on my experiences with them they have always been honest and reliable, especially compared to the competition. Found the issue, didn't over exaggerate to make more money off of things I didn't need. Took the time to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
