The scheduling was quick and easy. Zachary was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and worked several hours past his shift to complete the job of replacing my water heater. Same day service and thorough installation! Very pleased with service.
Excellent! Very expensive. Much more money than other companies! Did not inform us of Federal rebates. Would like to have information about that.

Mike from the Jacksonville, FL office, and Lazaro last time, took care of my regular service checkup professionally. They showed up on time, did all the inspections, walked me through all areas and verified everything was good, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm glad I picked Fenwick for my new unit and continued service.

Called on July 3rd for clog in main sewer line in the house,shower backing up, toilets not flushing. Tech arrived earlier than stated, power auged into house and cleared it within 20-30 minutes ! I do not remember the young mans name, but he was very professional and courteous. They did not charge me a dispatch fee so my bill was $119 total! It woulda cost me $80 bucks or so to rent power snake at home depot and then slept the thing home and back !! Well worth it and Thank you for the timely, professional and affordable experience ! Clay
Adam was professional. Found the cause of the problem right away. Fixed it and price was reasonable. Will definitely use Fenwick again!
First time calling Fenwick A/C Services. The air conditioning on one of our two units went out July 4th late in the evening. Called and got a next day appointment. Technician was solid but installed a defective blower motor with faulty module, which was determined five hours later when the unit would not turn off despite reaching the set temperature on the thermostat. Contacted Fenwick to report the malfunctioning blower motor. Received a next day appointment that was switched from afternoon to morning, which I appreciated. Great follow-up from Fenwick A/C Services: the service technician, William Napier, was on time and took immediate corrective action, replacing the entire blower motor. Polite, courteous, and professional, William was forthright in answering all of my questions--much appreciated. I highly recommend Fenwick A/C Services--and ask for William Napier!
There is nothing worse than losing you AC in Florida on 4th of July. They sent a tech right out when other companies were telling me it would be a week! William arrived and explained the problem and offered several options. The best option was replacement. My fear was that we would be waiting days for this, but Holly showed up in an hour and gave us options for replacement. The amazing part was when I asked when they could install and she said “tomorrow!” 8am the next morning Abbas and Caleb showed up at 8am and started working. These guys worked in absolute miserable conditions with a smile the whole day. My install was a mess from the previous install. Christian showed up to lend hand and I now had 3 techs working nonstop. Finally around 6pm the temps in the house dropped from 95 degrees to a comfortable 75 thanks to the amazing work of the Fennwick team. My gratitude again to Abbas, Caleb, and Christian for working in the most uncomfortable of environments.

Firstly I want to speak to the professionalism this company has. I received a text with the full name Our Technician , they kept in communication I was in the middle of something and asked to be texted they honored that and did not call my phone. Our technician JESSE W. WAS AMAZING! He got to the root of the problem when we had call several others, I literally stepped out on faith to try this company, they were our savings grace. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Thank you
I struggled to find HVAC technician for water leak issue, I called few companies but no one gave appointment and one guy gave appointment but did not show up. I found Fenwick services through Angi list and they gave an appointment and technician William sent message 30 min before arrival and called me once he reach unit and went over the issue and very professional. He even explained what caused the issue and how to prevent in future. Normally I do not write reviews and felt that I need to recognize for good service and their professionalism. I would recommend their service if anyone need it.
The entire experience was great. The booking process was easy and user friendly. I was very happy to find Fenwick who had the available appointment on the forth of July weekend. My AC went out on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come and fixed my AC the very next day in the morning , which is a Sunday. Christian, the technician, was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was able to answer my questions and fixed my AC very quickly!
Tech came to my house on 7/1/23..My A/C needed the coils cleaned. It was cutting off and on. I had the coils cleaned last Summer by another person and the A/C worked great afterwards. The Fenwick Tech came to my house , checked out the A/C and took pictures. He said he could not clean the coils today. It was complicated and would be a four hour job and not on his time scheldule. He collected the $89 for just showing up and left without doing anything. Am I a happy customer ? NO. Would I call Fenwick for help again ? NO. I am out $89 and still sitting with a faulty A/C. with Temps in the 90s.
The technician was able to come within an hour of my call. They figured out our issue right away.
Very high quality Cust service. During the new AC installation they keep the area very clean.
Matthew was super polite and professional. He fixed our leak quickly and then cleaned up the area and even gave me advice about our other bathroom fixtures. I would absolutely use Fenwick again, they did a great job!
