I am a unhappy customer as I was cheated out my service. Kalvin came and mentioned of my moms drain being clogged, and we proceed to continue service. At the end of service and due for payment, I advised that I didn't hear the fan cut on when turning on A/C system. I mentioned this to him before payment and he advised that the coils were cold and to basically give it some time to cool back up the house. He advised that the air wouldn't be at the best quality because there was some cleaning that also needed to be done. But hours later, air never circulated in the home. I am truly unhappy. I called and the manager Rebecca never returned our phone call. Money down the drain.
We've always had a good experience with Elite. However, yesterday, they blew us away. We had a no cool situation and called for service. They were able to get a tech to us the same afternoon since we have a baby. Brandon was polite and professional and got the problem fixed for us quickly. Thank you so much, Elite.
There are not enough superlatives to describe how well these guys work. Highly recommend them, have called on them on two different properties and both times they were super helpful.
Anytime you are without AC, on 90 degree days is horrible. Robert Hudson with ELITE AC was professional and did a great job. Our system was upgraded and we were very pleased with the results!
Marshall was friendly and professional. He did his job in a timely manner and fixed the problem. He explained what to do to prevent this from happening in the future. Marshall also informed me about the maintenance plan the company offered.
UPDATE 2023: I had to call Elite AC when one of my home's AC units failed to start. One of their technicians came to fix the problem on a 4th of July. Lukas Culver was just what I expected. Knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He identified the problem, fixed it and moved on to his next customer. My experience with Elite AC has been very good. They continue to be a five star company for me. I would recommend them any day. ........................................... Like many of you I have had my own share of bad experiences with A/C companies in Jacksonville... you know... the same old story... But these guys really blew me away... They are everything most other companies are not. They replied quickly, they are very knowledgeable, honest and fixed the problem without trying to make you incur in more expenses. Asher diagnosed the problem. Then Farren came and fixed it. Both are great guys and know their stuff. So, while other companies only want to make the "big sale" with every customer no matter what, Elite AC seemed more interested in long term relationships, building trust with their customers through great service. You can't beat that! I will be calling them again if I need help with my A/C units. On top of it, they gave me a no extra charge six month maintenance visit. Yeap, they are good!
Mr smith is a very knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the situation very thoroughly. We are very happy with him and will request him next time we need a tech.

I called them about a week ago to get a quote, today I have a new ac in my house! DJ and Dee did the install and were very professional, got it done really quick. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Acording to my air duck cleaning with this company it has been the worst. My duct are worst than it was before 2 cleanings. The quality of this company is poor
