Professional and quick on our commercial AC unit. They were a real life saver.
Great experience, our septic was having issues. Jeff called me back on Sunday and had his team out on Monday. They did full inspection of our septic and gave us a fair quote on new lid. We thought we would have to have a new septic system so we were very happy. They kept me updated, came when they said they would and did the job in timely manner. I would highly recommend them. Let me start this by saying this, The owner Jeff and the guys that work for him on site are absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for them not only being efficient at the job they did, also answering any questions I had. They put our septic tank in, it was done in a few days. Jeff was quick to respond to any question and concerns I had. Definitely recommend!
Called them out to drain my septic tank. It was over due and a pain to get to. They were very nice and worked fast they even got here a few hours before I was quoted. Will be using this company again. Highly recommend.
Everyone at the company from the owner on down helped to make a traumatic experiencee to replace my old septic system a much easier transition. The entire team at Duck Duck Rooter from the top down have all been great to work with. There responsiveness is exceptional and the quality of work is first-rate. I have worked with DDR just recently on several septic systems and their prices are competitive and the professionalism of office and field personnel is unmatched. Highly recommended.

We used this company for a septic issue we had. The owner, Jeff, is a responsive and kind person who will reach out and do anything he can to help. We had the septic system pumped and when that didn't work they had to send a plumber to snake the line. Ryder was the plumber they sent and he was phenomenal! He did great work, as quickly as possible, cleaned up after himself, and had a fantastic customer service attitude. My friend Alyssa Key recommended the company and I will recommend them to my friends and family based on this instance. Locally veteran owned companies will always get my money over anyone else!

Normally, I get anxious when using a new company that I know nothing about...but I was recommended to Duck Duck by a plumber. What a pleasant surprise! I had a broken main line outside, in the ground. I called late afternoon on Wednesday, and Marcel, the technician was at the property the next morning,Thursday.He was quick, professional, efficient and informative. Some companies "stretch out" the visit time when charging by The hour..... Not so in this case! 😀I was recommending him to my next door neighbor while he was still there LOL.if I had cards to pass out I would do so.

Husband's employee broke a line late at night at a commercial client's office- Duck duck responded immediately, Bryan came riding in to the rescue and saved the day. Seriously, thank all of you, without you we would have lost the account. I refer everyone I know to you!

This company set an appt a week in advance then called the morning scheduled to state they would be there by the scheduled time only to call back with a very rude and negative attitude to ask if I could “wait for 4 days when it was noted I scheduled for plumbing issues! Issues with septic system! Absolutely would not recommend and the lady in office not the one whom scheduled however the other lady was super rude! They are also more expensive then the company I actually used and had a wonderful experience with!!! As a consumer I would not recommend our time is valuable as well. Should not be rude when questioned what time they would be there when you rearranged your entire day for them to arrive within a four hour window that was verified that it was certain that same am prior to appt!
We needed a full septic and drain field replacement for the sale of our home. Duck Duck was amazing! Not only were they very competitively priced, but they delivered on time, and within their estimate! Jeff, the owner, gave us his cell phone # but we never had to use it. The crew was so professional and excellent to work with, as well as Ginger who gave the initial inspection and visited during the work. Jeff called often to give updates and gave us a final curtesy call making sure we were satisfied. The team lead, Russell, was especially a joy to work with. He was very attentive to our needs.
Had Duck Duck Rooter out to replace a failed septic system at a busy commercial property. Jeff and his team were very helpful, extremely responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. I hope not to replace another septic system, but if I did they'd be my first call.
