This company is HORRIBLE. My family and I have been without AC for 3 weeks straight. We have a new unit installed by Brian and it does not work nor will ANYONE take urgency to fix this matter. My house is 87 to 90 degrees every single day even when they finally show up to attempt to fix the issue that still remains unfixed to this day. Not to mention it took almost a year to get this new unit that does not work. Our utility bill is still reflecting as if our AC is working because Brian tells us to leave the AC on (even though he knows its not working). Just to keep my daughter safe from the heat index inside our house we have had to purchase countless stays at a hotel. My family can not cook or do laundry at our house because between the stove, oven and laundry dryer the house will reach 97 degrees...its unbearable!!! No one calls or contacts us with concern with this matter and when someone does show up its late at night and we are told theres nothong they can do till the next day. Still no one shows up the next day or calls and when we finally get a response back....Brian states " I will try to fit you guys in tomorrow ".This has been the answer for a good amount of time now. I know things happen but communicate and show up and FIX the problem when we have been patient for almost a year now. All I want is to be comfortable in the home I pay for and use the AC that I am being charged for. I have never ever came in contact with a AC company in Florida that acts so inconsiderate and incompetent until Don's Heat & Cold. I would give NO STARS if I could!!! We have been told since its in the high 90s outside its normal for homes to be 85 degrees inside another excuse is our bedroom doors being open or shut....We have lived at this house for almost 2 years and its never had a issue with cooling till this past year no matter if bedroom doors are open or shut... Its just one excuse after another! This company acts like its okay to be without AC in Florida summer heat. Bewa
