I had an awesome experience with Cool Connections from start to finish. The office personnel and the technician were informative and helpful. They stayed in touch with me while my part was being ordered and when the technician came he was well qualified and took pride in his work. He also took time to answer general questions I had about HVAC systems so it was a pleasant experience for me. I will definitely use them again!

Despite the daunting task of having to follow construction detours happening near my neighborhood, the technician—Ben Cole—was able to make a prompt visit, and was eager and ready to work. His help was excellent and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them for anybody needing repairs and help, especially during such hot summers!

Sherry and Dan took excellent care of us from scheduling to the actual service call. Both were pleasant and personable and answered any questions we had. Dan has 35+ years of service technician care in HVAC industry and it shows with top-notch care of annual maintenance call. He answered my many questions and provided information on my thermostat.Will definitely call again if service is needed or for our next maintenance call
Cool Connections installed my original Trane system in 2015. My A/C stopped working in 3/2023 on a Saturday night. I called them first thing Sunday morning and they actually answered. They first told that they were booked for the day and that they would be out the following day. Within 10 minutes I had a call from a nearby tech who stated would be at my home in 45 minutes! The tech, Dan, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He had me fixed in less than 30 minutes with a new capacitor. The job wasn’t cheap, but with no A/C on a hot Sunday, some things are worth paying for. Thank you Cool Connections for exceeding my expectations and finding a way to get me fixed. I will keep coming back.

Today was my second time using cool connections. First time was in 2019 and they were awesome. I had two other companies come out and got conflicting stories on what was wrong, with wildly different prices. When I called here, I described my issue and the guy I was talking to (Chris) actually guessed the year and model of my ac unit. They are so knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Prices were up front and reasonable. I had a different technician (Dan) today and he was just as helpful and professional. This time it was a simpler problem and he had my ac back on really fast. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
My A/C had stopped cooling and I have a newborn at home. So naturally I was freaking out when I called Cool Connections. A tech arrived at my house within a few hours during the promised window. He had my unit up and running within 15 minutes and then took the time to service my whole unit in preparation for summer. The tech Ben even explained some maintenance items to my husband to keep our older unit in good shape. He went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend using this company!

Cool Connections, Inc. insulated our attic. Chris was so professional and patient. He talked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions (some times more than once). On the day of the service, he arrived on time and worked promptly to complete the job. He also cleaned up nicely. We are very pleased with the company and are grateful that we found them.
Outside unit wasn't working properly. Issue was the capacitor (under 4yrs). Fifteen minutes labor and a $424.95 ($99.95 Service & $325 capacitor) bill. Dinner & a movie would have been nice. 😡 * Fun fact: Capacitor's are $25 at Ace Hardware! *Dan Cox, HVAC Tech was fantastic!
$475 to replace a $25 dollar part. They charged me $375 for the part (on Amazon $25) and $100 for the service call. I can understand the rate of the service call. However, $375 for a $25 dollar part is a rip off. I’ll give them credit for fixing the issue but not the price.
