Courteous and prompt service.
I have used Comfortmasters for over 20 years and can't say enough good things about them. My AC quit working and they had a technician at my home within an hour. Two days later they replaced my system and now I'm cool and happy. Call them and you'll be happy, too.
I’ve been a happy customer with Comfortmasters for 28 years. Their office staff and field technicians are always friendly and courteous. Their Techs are on time and if something does come up they notify you ahead of time. I’ve found their Techs to be knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions you have. I’ve had and will continue to recommend Comfortmasters to family and friends.
My A/C was running but wasn't cooling my house. Comfortmasters came to my house quickly and found the problem almost instantly. They also showed me and discussed my options with me. They solved the problem and got my A/C back up and running properly quickly! Thank you. And I highly reccomend them.
I have been a Comfortmasters customer since 2006, when they installed a new system for me that their maintenance program has kept running in top condition for over 11 years. The same technician performs our semiannual service time after time, which says a lot about the way they run their business.
We returned from a long trip last night to a broken AC. I called Comfort Air this morning and they had a tech (Jon) out this afternoon! Great service. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Even made suggestions for up keep and eventual replacement for our aging unit. Can not recommend enough!

Comfortmasters does my furnace/air conditioning service and has always done a super job. Their technician is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and CLEAN. No mess to clean up after! Have recommended to several and will continue to do so.

In my almost 25 years in Jacksonville, Comfortmasters is the only air conditioning and heating company I have used. Their employees have been invariably quick to respond to issues, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have had them install two complete systems in my house at approximately 12 year intervals, and they always did a top notch job. Jim Plummer, the owner, always recognizes me by name when I call the company and personally supervised the initial phases of the new system installations. That personal touch is icing on the cake.

Great service and follow up from a very professional AC company. They always try to send the same technician who has experience with your system and equipment which helps when ever there is an issue. Would recommend Comfort Masters to friends or family.
We have been a customer for almost 3 years. They installed a new unit and have talked care opt the service ever since. They are timely, neat and reasonably priced. All in all a great company to sea; with. I consider ourselves lucky to have chosen them
Always great service. We've been with them for 19 years. Preventative maintenance agreement has them come out twice a year and really gives us peace of mind.
I had a new HVAC system installed by Comfort Masters on 1/29/16. I was extremely impressed with both their honesty and fair pricing. I was also impressed with the fact that they did not try to sell me other parts/services with the install. Other companies have, in the past, tried to sell such things as ultraviolet lights, additional air filters etc while installing the unit. That is not the case with this company. Also the gent that sold me the unit was part owner and was the person that oversaw the install and insured that all the work was done correctly (quality assurance). Very impressed with all phases of the transaction and would recommend Comfort Masters to anyone in need of a new HVAC system.
These guys gave me the best gift. I own an old home and when it got cold my heat wouldnt work.I have three very young children which are my world. I was worried about how much it was gonna cost me to fix my system. I called this company by luck. they came out the same day and fixed the issue for under $100.00. I feel so blessed. Thank you very much Comfortmasters.
A must use company. I purchased my system in 1998 and got on the preventative maintenance plan with them. So for the last 17 years they have been out twice a year, every year to keep my system running properly. I never had any major expenses because of this. About 2 years ago, they gave me a heads up to start saving for a new system. They were able to keep it running for another 2 years, but my old system finally croaked and had to be replaced. Although I never like spending money on things like this, it's a must. I gotta tell you that this new system is incredible. It's so quiet and I saved close to $90.00 on my most recent power bill. Hopefully I can get 20 years out of this unit. I definitely recommend Comfortmasters and highly recommend the preventative maintenance plan.
We just used them for our second time. Very professional and pricing stayed at exactly with what I was quoted. We had a little issue getting through to them. I guess they were experiencing technical difficulties with office system. Overall I would give them a 5 for the work they do. It was just frustrating trying to contact them by phone and kept getting a fax machine. I will continue using them and recommend them to people needing a good AC company.
I have had a fantastic experience with this company. They were the 3rd air conditioning company to check out our system. The technician actually located the problem and was able to fix it. The other 2 companies said that I needed to replace the entire system which was money I didn't have. I'm so grateful for this company and I just want everyone else to know. I'm posting this review all over the internet!
I have been a customer for many years and they have never let us down. They just installed a complete new system. The technician had been out a couple times and politely told us that there were issues with our system (it was really old). The young man never pressured us to buy a new system, he informed us of the options and left us to decide. Comfortmasters has well trained, certified professionals working for them and I am proud to recommend them to our family and friends!
