We had an amazing customer service & response experience with Richard & Tyler from ChillTech today!!! They provided a quick response, hospitable family style service, & overall great experience. I have used Chilltech a number of times over the years. They are the best in the business! Customer service, timeliness, transparency and attention to detail are all second to none. Richard, Trey and Tyler are all truly a pleasure to deal with. In each of my experiences the team at Chilltech has made my issues seem like a top priority. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about ChillTech and their crew. They quickly responded to my call and were out to diagnose the problem the very next day. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and made a recommendation for repair, even being upfront about what was under warranty. Once the part came in, they were out immediately and got the job done efficiently. I'm so appreciative of their reasonable and competitive pricing, quick responsiveness, and excellent workmanship. I will definitely be calling ChillTech for any future A/C or HVAC needs and plan on using them for annual maintenance of my system. Highly recommend this company.
Good looking installs. BUT I work for another ac company and I went to one of their installs today that they completed august of 2021. New homeowner moved in December of 2021 and found out today Chilltech never pulled a permit for this job…yikes. You’d expect that from two chucks in a truck but not this company. Or so I thought
A lot of A/C places when you call them for a repair just try to sell you a new unit. Especially when you have an older model. Not them. We've got a work horse and the 2 times we've needed repairs, they've made suggestions that keep us running without breaking the bank. Always responsive and great to work with. Quit sitting in the heat- just call them. You'll be sleeping like a baby in an igloo hut just like you want. Thanks Chill Tech!

I was referred to this company and they did an exceptional job! I reached out to Richard on Monday morning and a couple of hours he had a technician out diagnosing both of our A/Cs that were down. Tyler that came out was very professional and was able to get it taken care of almost immediately, he was able to get them up and running in less than an hour! Next, we decided to replace our oldest AC. My wife and I decided this in the late morning of 8/1 and by today (8/2) they were on site replacing our AC. The 2 technicians that replaced the AC were also very professional and did a great job. All around this has been a great experience for a not so good situation. I would for sure recommend for repair or replacement.

My air conditioner broke. They were at my house within a couple hours right before a holiday weekend and diagnosed the problem. They fixed it the same day! Excellent service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices!
I've used Chilltech in my home for 3 years. In 2019, we had to get a whole new unit. ChillTech prices were the best around, They were very responsive, compassionate and reliable. The guys showed up on time and got my house back up and running within hours! Since then, we've had a few minor issues and the team is still the same as it ever was, quick,reliable and fair. Living in Florida having a HVAC system & a reliable company to service it is absolutely crucial. Glad to have ChillTech on my side! Couldn't recommend them enough.
Great team and really enjoy the service they provide. Always show up earlier than planned. The team is professional and gave me options for my repair. I was even given a call back after hours to schedule my appointment the following day which was completely unexpected.
Clean, professional, knowledgeable technicians who show up on time. Can't recommend them enough. Never tried to sell me something I didn't need, which is refreshing compared to many that we've used in the past.
My 80 y/o father in law received a quote for $2245 to replace a condenser coil. I called Chilltech and the unit only needed a weld on a leaking line. So either that other company is incompetent with diagnosing Air Conditioners, or they were actually going to rip him off. Thank you Chilltech!
Richard and Trey are true professionals. They responded quickly to my message, came out when they said they would, and Trey quickly found and fixed the problem. They are my go-to guys for all things heating and air.

I love a company that does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. They cleaned the coils on both of our very old AC units. 100% Recommend!

These folks are top notch. Very personable, honest and great to work with, my experience was excellent. Install crew was on time and cared about the quality of their work. They said we really wanted my business and they proved their point from sales to installation. You will not be disappointed.
