lm sure your service quality is as bad as your driving skills. Because of your reckless driving skills, today at 4PM June 29, 2023 by the 333 exit, almost whole family could have died if I would not react promtly and moved my car to the shoulder in highway! Shame on you! What you have gained? 30 seconds by cutting me with no turn signal and literally forcing me to stop my car to die or to move my car to the left shoulder which saved our lives? Your 30 seconds could have cause death of 5 people! I hope this message will reach you well dear driver and teach you to be considerate to others and finally learn how to drive. It is good that I was able to come close to you and took a picture. Enjoy your day!
You could not ask for any better service, I called when I noticed my AC was not cooling at 2:00 p.m. I was placed on the schedule and the tech arrived 35-40 minutes later.Thank you Chiller medic for the fast service!
We were having $500 JEA bills after our landlord replaced a broken AC unit. After having his guy come out only to say nothing was wrong with it, my roommate and I had Greg from Chiller Medic come out to look at it. He saw that it was pulling more electricity than it should have and fixed what was broken with the system. He even waited for us to get our landlord on the phone to confirm the repair. Very patient and professional. I would highly recommend.
We heard loud noises coming from outside unit and the home wasn’t cooling as it previously did, so I called Chiller Medic since their install info was on the unit, and spoke to the lady in the office. She was helpful, looked up the warranty info and said it was likely a compressor issue. She scheduled someone for that afternoon, so I took off work and waited. The technician was two hours late and no call to advise they would be. He came in and stated he was the one that installed it originally and that he told the prior owner that a damper needed to be fixed in the attic. He said that nothing else was wrong with the unit and said it will not cause any issues to not fix it. He didn’t even look at the outside unit, although I again told him that it had been making noise. He collected my service call fee and left. Two weeks later my outside unit stopped working. I called the after hours line and left a voicemail asking for service asap. No call back at all. I ended up having to call another company out, who diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. It was within the outside unit! This company is a scam. Do not use! Took my money, did no work, and left me high and dry when it finally broke.
I called to have mv HVAC looked at. I was concerned there could maybe be an issue, even though it's been so hot lately. Within an hour, DJ, the tech was sent to our house. He worked tirelessly to try and solve our issue, but ultimately determined everything is functioning as expected. DJ was patient, did a wonderful job answering my questions and educating me, and was one of the most professional people I've ever had the fortune to work with. I will never contact any other company. Chiller Medic is the best!

AC quit working after hours and gave them a call. Chiller Medic was super responsive and came out within a hour and had us up and running shortly after. The technician DJ was very informative and let us know the part was still under warranty. Very progressional and great service! Thank you!

These guys were great. They got me exactly the system I wanted within a few days after another contractor told me nobody could get it within at least two weeks. The techs were polite, efficient, and wore masks the whole time. Everything went perfectly except for one little glitch that the tech came by at 8am the following morning and corrected within a few minutes. The outfit that usually handled my AC repairs never even returned my call after the old system quit, and the second "backup" outfit I called lied to me and tried to sell me a less efficient unit for a similar price. Chiller Medic wasn't the cheapest we spoke to, but I absolutely think I got my money's worth.

5 Start service consistently. Chiller Medic has been wonderful to work with. They completed a complicated job when we moved into our house and subsequently replaced two units. They are professional, responsive, courteous and experienced. I very much appreciate knowing that they always respond in a timely manner to all requests, large or small. The office manager is very helpful and the service guys are great. I am grateful to have a reliable HVAC company to call! We moved from the Midwest and they have been extremely patient with answering all of my questions and explaining our new system. I believe they also offer specials for Veterans which is greatly appreciated!

I want to give credit where credit is due. Our AC went out this week with temps in the mid to high 90's. The unit was installed by Total Air another local company. So we called them first since the system was under warranty for 10 years and we installed it in March 2015. After four calls to Total Air and on hold for 30 minutes at a time and NO one answering. Back to Chiller Medic they answered on the first call at 4:55 pm on Thursday, I provided Faye some info on my unit, and today Friday at 11:30 am they called saying they had the compressor and could install at 2 pm. At 1:39 pm the two techs were at our door with parts and had us back up by 4:30 pm. Chiller Medic ROCKS!!!! Very professional service, very informative on what they found and what was being done to repair. They now have my business and will be sending referrals their way. Thank you for doing the job you do so well.

Very nice salesperson. Not pushy but knowledgeable. Install crew was much more professional than other companies we have worked with. New AC was installed in 3 hours with no damage to the house or yard. I would recommend this company.
