Does anyone know what happened to this company? The website is shut down and the phone is disconnected.
This guy wasted my time for a whole night before showing up the next day when i didnt like the price he gave me he purposely broke a copper line before he left cost me 800 dollars.on top.of the original repair do not use this guy

I highly recommend! We had two units give out on us and Justin came out to replace them. He worked hard and got the job done. He takes great pride in his business and product and it shows. I have a nice cool house again and couldn't be happier!

We've had issues with our AC in the summer since we moved into our current house. This is the first company who's made a noticeable difference even after the first visit. After being told two different explanations by two previous AC companies, Justin accurately diagnosed and corrected the major issue with our system for a little over half what we'd been quoted before. Very knowledgeable, very respectful and professional. Highly recommended!

My AC broke on a Sunday I called Justin at 3:00 p.m. on the anticipation that he would tell me see you Monday instead he told me he would be here at 7:00 p.m.. It is now 8:00 p.m. and the AC is back on and I even signed up for his maintenance plan which he's going to come back out twice to service my AC throughout the year what a fantastic service and job done. I live in green leaf in Nocetee and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know. Super professional and the fact he didn't charge me a 911 because it's Sunday speaks for itself.
Excellent service and reasonable price. My AC which is 15years old started blowing hot air on Saturday. I called Ball Air on Sunday and I was with cold blowing air on Monday morning. The owner Mr. Justin came to my address and began working. He was very knowledgeable of the system, he showed me the old part that he replaced and explain to me what caused the heat. He also have a reasonable preventative plan that I will sign up for because being without air in Florida is nothing to play with. Thank youMr.Ball for your great service. Thanks to ball air my kids will sleeping in cool air tonight. Very professional and walked me through every step of the repair he was doing, which most would not do.i would highly recommend ball air when it comes to any a/c issue or concerns. Thanks Justin for being a trustworthy person
Justin installed our ac in our new home 8 years ago and had been the sole maintainer of it since. He also maintains my Mom's old system. She had a problem a few years ago and called Schneider and they told her she would have to replace it. Not surprising. I told her to call Justin and he repaired it and it's been working great ever since. You won't be sorry with Ball Air!
Had a challenging fix that took a while to complete but I was happy with Justin's willingness to come out repeatedly to make sure everything was working properly, even staying past 8pm on a Saturday to finish the job.
Service is excellent. Prices seem a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Justin has been providing great service to us for more than 2 years. We will continue to renew our Ball Service Plan to take care of our a/c unit. (Stephanie & Chris)
One of my air conditioner units went out over the weekend. I called Justin and told him what had happened. He came out within the hour to take a look. He inspected both ac units and unfortunately found that one capacitor was dead and other one was weak. He immediately replaced both for a low price and he also added the refrigerant necessary bc the was none in that unit. Also, he cleaned the units, cleaned coils, flushed condensate drain lines. He also replaced both air filters.
My wife and I recently purchased a new home and found out that there was a major issue not only with the initial installation of a brand-new system (including issues with electrical wiring) but also that the existing ductwork was in horrible condition. We contacted Ball Air to help us get our system up to code and get everything working like it should. The system under our home was fairly complicated, partly do to how the original HVAC system was installed decades ago. Justin worked hard to try and get everything working as quickly as possible, ensuring that we were able to stay cool during those few hot summer days and nights as he constructed our new and improved duct system under the house. Justin showed his commitment to providing a quality installation by keeping us updated on the work being done (including providing before and after pictures) and working outside of regular hours to get everything finished as soon as possible (this included one night working until around 10 p.m. with our permission, and coming back the first thing the next morning to finish the rest of the ductwork at around 7:00 a.m.). In all of my dealings with Justin he seemed to be an honest, hardworking contractor that was willing to take a little extra time to ensure that the work was done the best possible way, instead of the quickest. While this might have added a little bit of extra time to the installation, I can rest easy knowing that the system is going to potentially have far less problems now and into the future than if I had worked with installers more focused on speed and cutting corners (something I learned about the hard way in the past). Having worked with a number of different local AC contractors over the years, Justin easily stands out as one of the best, and I would easily recommend the quality of his work to any of my friends of colleagues.

Justin just completed installing our new Trane A/C system. He is one of those rare individuals who takes pride in their work. He is most knowledgeable of the product and very particular in doing everything the right way. He does everything himself because he doesn't trust anyone to do things as thoroughly as he can.
