I hired Avalon to install an AC Unit in my Mother's home. Aaron is the absolute best! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my situation. Not only was the price point what I was looking for, unlike other quotes I received from pushy salespeople, but I could also finance; this was a must-have since I pay my mother's bills too! The new unit has only been installed for a few days but so far, so good! I will continue to use Avalon going forward, and as a Realtor, I will be referring Avalon to my customers! Thank you, Aaron, and thank you, Avalon, for being there when my mother and I needed you the most!

Everyone envolved was very professional, and their quality, pricing and work were top-notch. A special shout out to Aaron who answered my many questions and quickly returned all calls. Also Alex and Arthur (installers) were on time and went above and beyond to do the job right.
From the minute Oleg and Oleskii walked into my apartment to replace my ac unit they were very neat, kind and hardworking. Very impressive workers. Hard workers!! Left my place very clean and AC feels so great!! Kudos to Oleg and Oleskii for representing Avalon with excellent customer service!! The company is lucky to have such hard workers and the time management was impeccable.
experience was with Oleksandr, he is a professional. He clearly gave instructions on the phone, and on the same day he came to the house and did everything clearly and professionally, and most importantly, quickly! I highly recommend him! Best quality service !
Excellent job Alex and team! Replace entire system in approximately 6 hours.
Honest and good service at reasonable prices. Alex fixed my heat pump. It was just a small fix, but he took his time to find the root of the problem. All it was was faulty wiring from the original installer. I appreciate the honesty!

Oleg and Vitaliy are knowledgeable and professional installers. They spent 6 hours replacing my HVAC System, checked every detail, every little piece, making sure everything works properly. Left area clean after work was done. Very hard working guys. Thank you very much!

Will never use another company again they saved us a fortune on a repair another company said Would cost 3 times more and would have to be done next week. John is an angel he completed the repair in an hour his customer service is unreal.
In so many instances, quality takes a back seat to well, almost everything. I have to say that Avalon did a FANTASTIC job replacing my 51 year old ductwork. They increased the A/C output dramatically and there are no more rooms that are warmer than the others! They upgraded the returns so there is less wear and tear on the system. Their prices were very reasonable also. I recommend this company wholeheartedly! You really don't even need to think of calling anyone else! Thanks so much Avalon!!

Avalon did an outstanding job replacing my cooling system. The installers were knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I got several quotes and Avalon’s price was very fair. I will and do recommend then to my friends.
First the emergency line isn't for emergency at all. I have called several times and no one has answered.

His call out was late on Friday and he went above and beyond to get the right part and give us ice cold AC for the weekend!! Can't say it enough to the Avalon team thank you and a special thanks to John for staying late and getting the job done right and in a timely manner!
I had duct work done a year ago that was a total mess up. Well Avalon came in on time and swiftly got the job done. So after 2 years of no heat or AC flow in my master bedroom I can now sleep comfortably thanks to Avalon. They even put in a vent in my laundry room that was never there. Awesome company.
