After paying for extended coverage and twice a year maintenance checkup, 3 yrs into a 6 yr contract, they have not returned my calls, after calling for past 2 months, to schedule for winter check up. No return calls, no way to leave messages, no nothing. BUYER BEWARE!
I had a 5 ton system installed 5 years ago and it's been great. I recently had an issue with the system short cycling and Eric and his team were right out to make the repair.
Excellent product and installation
NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I paid for a permit for a new system and Atlantic Air decided not to get one. I called the owner several times and was put off always with promises, but no results. Many excuses, but no permits. I told him I would get the permit and he asked me not to. Still no results. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I never bought the unit from them.
We are DIYing our HVAC system and even though we didnt do any business with His company Eric was very responsive, helpful in leading us in the right direction. I am a good judge of character and would 100% confident having his company work on our HVAC system. Thanks agin Eric.
Work was good, but owner charged me for permit, and was not licensed with Marion County, and lied by saying he submitted it. County attested he did not.
We had a Seer Bryant system made by Carrier installed less than 2 years ago. I called and spoke to Eric about the issues we are having. At the end of the day they came through and now my system is running well and blowing cold and we are comfortable and happy customers. Thanks
I used this company to install a new AC in my home. Eric gave the most reasonable quote and was able to answer all of my questions. What really made me give this company a 5-star rating are the technicians Jack and Paul. They were not only friendly and cordial, but also reassuring during the install process. They worked the entire 5 hours they were there to install the new unit. They explained everything thoroughly and when a slight problem arose they worked as a team to get it solved. The icing on the cake was instead of being anxious to leave they waited with me while I installed the thermostat app on my phone and taught me about some of the features. Unfortunately, being a single woman other companies have taken advantage of my limited knowledge of AC repair and installation. Jack and Paul and Eric did nothing of the sort. I am happy I chose them and I look forward to working with the, again!
I highly recommend this company. On the same day we called, they came by to give us an estimate for a new (replacement) A/C system. We did get estimates from several other companies, but we liked Atlantic Coast's estimate the best. Not only was it the lowest cost, but the guys who we spoke to took time to really understand our needs, and did not try to sell us more than what we needed. They gave us some good advice on how to improve the efficiency of the system (by repositioning some return vents), and did not try to exaggerate the likely cost savings compared to our old system. We knew the installation would be difficult (air handler in the attic), but we liked the fact that they took accurate measurements, and hence were confident that the new unit would fit in the space available. When they came back to do the work, they did their job with very little mess, and had the new system up and running in a day and a half (as they said they would). Also their customer service is great. Whenever I called the office with a question, they were always quick to call back if they could not give me an immediate answer.
Very friendly and professional to do business with, and got our new AC installed within a day of ordering, fitting us in four days ahead of schedule once they learned our old system was completely down. And the pricing was much more reasonable than other companies we contacted.
I spoke to Brandy (I hope I spelled her name right)... She was AMAZING! She knew exactly what was wring OVER THE PHONE y'all! Then she talked me through a simple fix and didn't even charge me for it!! I will only work with Atlantic Heating and Cooling for all of my air conditioning needs (and we have 5 rental properties)... #LifetimeCustomer!

After doing hours of research on different companies, I decided to purchase my ac unit from Eric at Atlantic coast heating and cooling. I'm very happy with that decision, he gave me an amazing deal and was very helpful with installation. Great company
This company exceeded my expectations. They were concerned about our comfort and went out of their way to help us. Their company has Quality (great system with warranty), Service (friendly staff and two year labor warranty), and Value (other quotes for the same system were $400 (no warranty with independent install) to $3500 higher. Research showed me that the install is the most important thing. You can buy the best system and if it isn't installed correctly (nitrogen, pressure tests, line evacuation) your system will be doomed. Heat Pumps lasting 20+ years is a thing of the past, so go with a system with a good warranty and readily available parts/service. The service technicians & installers knew their stuff. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Get an estimate, you won't be sorry!
Great company to work with, can't recommended them enough. Was in quick need of HVAC repair trying to sell my condo and they were very responsive and provided the best repair quote I was able to find. They also accommodated all of the back and forth changes with a very challenging buyer, Brandee was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely come back to them for future HVAC needs, A+
