Had these guys come out to our apartment to clean some broken glass out of the garbage disposal. They clean everything out quick and even talked to our maintenance staff about some other issues we were waiting on them to fix.
This is how they left my apartment after replacing my water heater (they even stole the panel screws)...
i wouldn’t recommend this company to NOBODY. i came home my front door was left unlock & my patio door was left open! for hours anything & anyone could have came also they did not put my dishwasher back . they took my toilet apart & didn’t put that back . i came home to NO WATER! & also before i left my apartment i made sure all my room doors was closed. but when i came back it was wide open & it shouldn’t have been they went through my things. & i do not appreciate that at all.
Thank for your service today , one of your managers stopped by and gave me a little gift because my kids were under the weather . I had a great experience and thanks for showing your generosity
Just had them finish installing a toilet and all the fixtures in our downstairs bathroom. Excellent work and service.
This company has done work for my apartment complex multiple times on the apartment above mine and has caused two water leaks in my apartment because of it. My property got damaged and the complex refuses to pay because it was not their fault.
2 year old carrier ac unit not working. Called the company that the builder had install it . They came out charged for diagnostic never returned to fix it. Called all weather yesterday sent ac repair guy Lee today ac unit repaired. Lee was very curtious, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Maybe you should tell the person driving the white pick up on San Jose on Saturday 2/11 @ 6:10pm to not cut people off as he runs red lights in a rain storm!
Good company to call for numerous jobs big and small
My apartment complex hired them to replace our steps. They left a piece if wood outside my door and I tripped on it, smashing my elbow into the railing and ending up in the ER. After 6 months of waiting for resolve, I now am hiring a lawyer.
Work for them a few years back in early 2000s to 2008 and Honestly not regrets they are amazing people Bryan Leonard the owner he's one of a kind. Very honest a great guy for real🙏

If you’re going to be representing your Company on your vehicle , don’t drive so aggressively. People have children in their cars, do better .
Used them for years. Absolutely best and prompt service. Will continue to use them personally and professionally as long as they stick around. Be sure to ask about different things you need. I usually call for janitorial, ac, and plumbing but I recently found out they also do window glass replacement! Definitely saved the day for a time sensitive project.

The most unprofessional contractors i have ever encountered!! Left me without ac for 2 days because one of them did not simply reconnect wires the first time they were at my apt. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!! Update to response: Your ability to not be able to find my name clearly explains why your company received the review it did!!
