The AC repair guy came out due to my AC kept running and wouldn’t shut off. He stated it’s because the heating element needed to be replaced and it will be $475.00 for parts and labor. He had to order the part/s. He finally came back out after a few weeks, then stated the thermostat wires were corroded, because the AC still wasn’t working properly. He charged an additional $115.00 to rewire the cables (not replace). Well the AC worked less than a week. Call the AllCare back and said my AC stopped working again. The lady that answered phone said she’ll contact the same repair guy to come back out. The repair guy called back and said I don’t know why she told you I’ll be back out. There’s nothing else I can do. I rigged the thermostat wires to save you money (never asked him to rig it). Called the company back told what the repair guy said. She said she was going to call him and call me back. She never called back. Called a different AC company to look at the unit. They advised the compressor was the issue and to call whoever installed it because it should still be under warranty. I contacted the company who installed it and he also said it was the compressor and it was still ill under warranty. Told AllCare this said she said she’ll have the manager call me back. This all happened around Thanksgiving. Kept calling back to speak with the manager, he never came to the phone nor did I ever get a call back. AllCare took my money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I have spent $8000 over 2022 for this company to repair my air system. It has never been fixed correctly and I am now without any heat in this week of record setting low temperatures. I have called them repeatedly - at first they just did not show, now they won't even respond. I have asked for some of my money back so that I can afford to get it fixed by some other company - still no response. They used to be very responsive, but now $8000 later, I get silence and sit in a cold house with freezing outside temperatures.
Used them today and 6 years ago to fix my heat pump. Also used for bi-yearly maintenance on heat pump. A+. Let me pay $200 of my $650 bill the next day when my wife got paid. Who does that in 2022. Great tech and company. Now my animals will be cool again. Thank you.

Fernando, our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional today. Though I’m not surprised. All of the technicians and staff have been top notch. We’ve used this company for routine maintenance and repairs for several years. All Care answers their calls, responds quickly, and the price is fair. Highly recommend!
Call this company because my ac do not work, technician was coming for 10am and 12 no one showed, at 2 or 3pm still no technician so I call them and ask about it, they didn't see to know when they were coming so I cancel the service.
Before calling this place, I called others and this was the only place to pick up. I was literally just calling every place nearby to get my ac fixed because summer. The lady I spoke to was nice and professional and had someone come out as soon as the rain passed. Jeremy was very cool and professional. Will definitely keep this place in my pocket.
Kyle Wilkeson was amazing! He was super helpful and assisted with making sure our system was working properly and we will definitely be utilizing this company again all thanks to Kyle.

John was kind, helpful, and gave us honest, expert advice. We had suffered for two weeks in the summer heat without AC and couldn't get help from our warranty company and the contractor they first sent to our house. He took his time with our unit and asked us thoughtful questions, saw what was wrong immediately, and took the time to show us what he saw. We wished that All Care had been the company to come and help us when we first needed help!
