Fast professional response.
Gary my tech and Suzie the scheduler were great. They are excellent communicators. As a female they did not treat me as if I were incapable of comprehending repairs my air conditioner may need. (I am bitter from another ac co). Gary was thorough, realistic and super helpful. I had installed a thermostat, he mentioned that it might not be as functionally sound. He looked at the duct work and drain lines. Gary is coming back to do some additional work once the parts come in. Bottom line the previous company wanted in excess of 2K for repairs, but recommended a new system at 24K intial price discounted down to 14K . Gary let me know they should be years left on the life of my current system with medium level repairs, all things being equal. I would highly recommend them.

Second time we placed a service call and received same day service. Very pleased with the service we received. Honest family busines that doesn't try to sell you unnecessary upcharges. Gary went above and beyond to locate the problem and explaining things. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
Small family owned business where the son (Gary) has been working with the father (an HVAC Expert) since he can remember. Clearly the business is/will be in good hands. Gary conducted all repairs to my Geothermal HVAC unit where it was done professionally, fast, and with care to explain the unit and what to look for and repair in the future for smooth operation. My highest endorsement for anyone looking for proven expertise, great competitive pricing, and a personal touch. Thanks for the stellar service call.
Submitted a ticket with AHS on Sunday and Gary was at my house by 10:30 the next day! Got a called first thing in the morning saying they could have someone out in the morning, I was shocked to get such a quick response but I am so grateful for how fast it all went. Gary was nice and professional, he fixed my AC unit fast and we have cold air blowing in the house again. Our animals and us thank you for getting the job done! Awesome company and it’s always nice to support a local family owned business.

Great experience from the start. They were professional, scheduled us right away, were on time and had customer service skills both on the phone and the tech that came out. Great company overall and I will be requesting their service again next time we need it. Need more A/C companies like this.

Just had to leave a quick review. We have AHS warranty coverage and after the first contractor ghosted us" Beaches heating and air conditioning" no call and no show. They attached Air pro to our work order, they called on Sunday to set appt. Came out the next day on time, constant updates exceptional, professional service. Diagnosed, repaired, refilled and Rick was gone. Thats the way a business needs to run. Thanks Rick and thanks airpro. It was starting to get a bit warm.
Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. He resolved the issue which we are very thankful for. They even came out on the same day we called to schedule an appointment. Susie, Rick’s wife, handled the scheduling and was a pleasure to work with as well.
The best AC company in Jacksonville. The customer service is amazing. I got regular updates from them. They have the shortest lead times of anyone I've worked with (squeezed me in the same day!). They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. We got a home warranty when we purchased our condo through AHS. We had an issue early on where AHS assigned Airpro as our contractor and they did an amazing job. Next time we had an issue AHS assigned us some other company. I've never seen a company with more complaints or bad reviews. I called up and had them switch is to Airpro and I don't know that I've made a better decision in my life recently.

AC went out last night. Rick from airpro came out this morning, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and my AC is working now. Rick was nice, explained what the problem was, and how he fixed it. Process was very easy. I will use them again in the future.
From the phone call to the actual service call, everyone was great and Rick was so helpful in answering my questions and took the time to explain options. I won't use anyone else for repair or replacement of my HVAC system and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their system!
I saw the previous reviews and had the same negative experiences. Rick was condescending and does not like to answer questions. He threatened to tear out the parts if I did not pay him a very overpriced fee. I paid it just to get rid of him. On a positive note, his work was very good.
Rick came out and got the old Lennox working again. Everyone needs AC in Florida during the summer. Dont hesitate! Just call. Great service. Very professional. Very polite. The lady who scheduled my appointment was also very kind. Thanks Rick and team!
***DANGER: No concern for the health and safety of my family*** Customer Service: Horrible Knowledge/Competence: Unable to diagnose a simple problem Recommendation: You are taking a risk if you hire Rick Rick from AirPro was sent to our house via our American Home Shield Warranty claim after we (family of five with one child under the age of two) were forced to evacuate our house just prior to midnight and call the Fire Department when our AC unit set off the fire alarms due to a burning electrical odor and a light grey smoke covering the ceiling. I was at work when Rick arrived, but my wife and three kids were at home. I wanted to talk with him before he got started to make sure he understood what our concerns were and what he should be looking for as the Fire department confirmed that there was an issue with our AC unit. My wife tried to let him know what had happened, but he rudely ignored her. When I did get him on the phone, he told me he was going to take a look, but didn’t think there was anything wrong. Before I could explain the situation, he gave the phone back to my wife. 30 minutes later he told my wife there was nothing wrong with our AC and he was done. She called me and told me he was done and that he had found nothing wrong. I was barely able to get him on my wife’s phone before he left, where I reiterated that there was definitely something wrong as the Fire Department had confirmed this the previous night and the vents/AC unit still had an odor. He told me he had cleaned the drain and inspected the ducting and had not seen any indications of a fire. I told him there was not an actual fire and that is why I wanted to talk to him, but that there was likely an electrical issue. He then says, “There is nothing wrong with your AC I don’t know what you want me to do?” I told him there is definitely something wrong as the Fire Department came to our house last night, secured power to the AC and told me to have an AC tech come and look at it
Air Pro is a very reliable HVAC company that is professional and very responsive.
It is always a pleasure to deal with the professional, efficient and friendly people who work at Airpro Service Company. I use them for air conditioning service and repair. Even during the hottest months of the year, Airpro is always, 100% of the time, there for me. I have never had to wait an unreasonable time for an appointment. And in the great majority of occasions, close to almost always, they have given me an appointment the same day I called. Their customer service is exceptional!
