Cale was very prompt with a quote. They were out the next day. The AC tech Chris was courteous and professional and did a nice clean job on the installation. He walked me through setting up the WIFI thermostats and made sure everything was up and running before he left.
While the staff are nice it doesn’t excuse that I’ve been trying to get my ac fixed for 11 months now. They have come 5 times, and still have not resolved the issue and keep putting it off with temporary fixes, and then no plan to come back to actually fix it which requires me to call again, and again, and again, and again… Also there is no set time they will come it can be anytime between 8-5 with no heads up until they are otw.
Air to Air did a great job prioritizing and fixing my HVAC when the air conditioning stopped working. The office representative did great quickly getting my request to the technician, Jerry. He contacted me quickly to say he was on his way. After checking a few items on my HVAC, he knew exactly what was needed. Jerry had the necessary replacement part on his truck, and my air conditioning was running again in just a few minutes. He not only replaced what was needed, but he also took time to identify and fix the root cause so the issue wouldn’t happen again. This type of professional and work ethic earns my respect and praise. Thanks Jerry!
DO NOT USE THEM!! We are an active duty military family in the Jacksonville area. They do not support military families and or vets stay far away and support another company that supports our troops/sailors!!!!
Was charged 230 for a fix that required 5 dollar part and 10 min to replace. I am not even sure that the part was broken in the first place since I tested it and found it to be in working order. Yes, I am talking about the float switch. I could literally hear it triggering the AC even after it broke. Something else must have broken instead. This is the third time they are coming within 15 months, so either the unit they installed is extremely unreliable, which is a Lennox, or they did not install it properly in the first place. I am 100% it is the latter as we have the same exact unit upstairs working perfectly fine from the same installation date. Please advise me what in the world I should do. Same exact units installed at the same exact time, but one keeps breaking while the other one is totally fine.
Paul charged $260 to drain the lines. It was not an urgent call nor a holiday just a regular appointment. Offered a subscription type service that we turned down. 4 weeks later (today) looks like I have a new issue my AC flooded our spandrel. Will not be calling them for this one. I will update if the new technician finds anything out of the ordinary.
Tech tried to sell me a new $4200 evaporator coil telling me it was too old to clean instead of diagnosing the real problem. Paid $80 service fee and $180 to vacuum out the lines Didn’t bother helping me understand the problem I called them out for. Will never be calling them again. Absolute waste of my time and money
AC went out Thursday night. Called Air to Air Friday morning at 7 am, a very friendly and professional woman answered the phone and git us set up for the same day. Paul arrived at 3:00 and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Our home was one that he worked on in the build stages so he had that familiarity which was helpful. Very professional operation, we’re grateful to be able to count on Air to Air!
My home had a 27 yr old system it was failing. I called around and got quotes from 6 different ac companies; only to find that air to air was the most reasonable price and they could come out the quickest. So I scheduled for a Friday they called an hour before arriving. They removed the old system and replaced it with a new system. They did everything in the same day. I had to have some new duct pieces and some new vents installed. THE company was very professional. They cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Air to Air.
Our A/C went out. Griffin came out, did not find a leak, said the condenser was bad, option to replace for $2k but risk spending more if there is a leak so suggested the option to replace the system for $6k Air to Air came out, found an OBVIOUS leak within about a minute, replaced the Air Handler and fixed the leak for $2k. Air to Air saved us $4k!
Paul was very helpful and pleasant to work with. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner and very professional.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service we received this evening. We called to get to put an emergency order in as our AC was running but not cooling. We completely understand that it wasn't going to be right away but when we explain that I was 6 months pregnant if there wasn't anything they could do and her response was simply.....no. Nothing along the lines of we will do our best we really apologize, just no. The tech then called to say he couldn't come out and before my husband could ask any sort of questions, he hung up. We will never use them again and were able to get someone else out this evening and we are up and running. Poor customer service on your part.
They get an A+ from our house! I had been pricing units, then suddenly woke up to 80° at 5am! Cale found the right unit the day I called and had it installed the next day. Pricing was comparable to several others and 1/2 the price of 2 other companies. Chris and Danny were very professional and detailed in the installation process. It pays to do your homework and read reviews.
*2022 Edit* Our AC broke for a third time today. This time I did not even bother with this company and instead went with Wilson Air. It is the same issue that it was the last time, once again due to bad parts installed by this company. I would suggest giving your money to a better local company that ensures they use good equipment. We bought a newly built home at the end of 2019 and the AC has broken on us twice already. First in October 2020, where I would have had to pay $1000 for a repair due to bad parts THEY installed. Luckily our serviceman talked to his manager and had them warrantied out since our warranty had literally just ended not a month prior. Now, 3 months later our system is not working again and I’m waiting to see what’s wrong with it this time. *Edit* Our repairman Sam has been awesome every time he comes out. This time our thermostat had broken, which apparently is a common problem with the brand (Honeywell), and Sam fixed it at no cost. Customer service is great on his end, but I am still not a fan that this company uses equipment that just does not last.
My home a/c unit went out unexpectedly, so I called multiple companies and none were going to be able to service my unit after quite some time. I was left with no a/c for days. The temperature inside reached a high of 94 !! I finally called Air to Air, Inc. and spoke with Cale who came straight away to assess the issue. His professional team came right away and removed/installed my unit within a day. Cale and his team stayed after hours to ensure the unit was up and running. This company really did go above and beyond. Thank you! I would highly recommend for all your a/c needs.
3 stars because although they can’t seem to figure out what wrong with my unit, they are still attempting to repair
My ac hasn’t worked properly since April 2022 & it is now July 2022. They have “fixed” it three times and it’s still not working. I haven’t been a priority for them. Very unprofessional and I Highly do not recommend. Would have given zero stars if possible.
Very slow service and often rude staff.
Had to replace air handler unit for a terrible leak on a Trane system. Front Desk, technicians and the manager - Alan were very professional and helpful. Had the unit ordered - shipped - installed within few days at a reasonable price.
Sad I have a Emergency with air-conditioning and wouldn't come out to help me
