I have used Air McCall for years. I made an appointment with them a few weeks ago for a air conditioning check up. I was given a date and time. Just this week they called and said they were to busy and couldn’t keep the appointment. I could make one for 4 months from now! Sorry to know they lost a good customer!!
COMPLETELY DIFERENT EXPERIENCE SINCE THE SALE - BEWARE OLD REVIEWS. Air McCall and Waychoff's both bought out by larger company? Been calling AirMcCall since late 2022 to address a concern with my new system that fell between the sale period apparently - even though I had been talking with them about it just a few weeks prior and we agreed to wait until after the holidays to come back out. Since the sale ::: I call, phone reps cannot do anything but email or submit service requests. No managers available to speak with. No storefront to go to. Phone reps show little record of my 15+ calls .. nothing in 2023. Unbelievable. Posting this after months of frustration mainly to warn others. Issue should have had a one year timeframe. I don't know maybe that is the game - ignore customers until the time period is up? Just another huge company with things falling through the cracks? I wanted to be wrong.
We called today and they said they would be out between 4pm- 8pm. My husband called back at 4:30 because he never received the email they were supposed to send about our appointment to make sure it was set and the guy said that we were all good. We call at 8pm to see how far away they were and they said the dispatcher "never hit enter" and our appointment was never entered into the system. After waiting 4 hours they say they can no longer come tonight. Don't waste your time like they wasted ours.
Bought their top of the line unit just over a year ago. Fan motor went out. Had to call 4 seperate times over 2 days to get ahold of someone who could give me an ETA on the motor. 10 year warranty on the entire setup, finally they tell me that me and my family will be without ac for the next 4-6 weeks waiting on this motor. You can't get anyone but operators on the phone, so no way to get any kind of explination at all. Never would have spent all that money with this company knowing they don't keep parts in stock for the units they sell.
Edit: Found out the zero percent financing discussed was not zero percent. Waychoff bought out Air McCall since my installation and finance setup and now no one is willing to help correct. I was promised follow up by Mike Lombardi and nothing came of it. I've made calls back and get transferred around with no one able to help. One person even transferred me to Fenwick... It would seem I was intentionally deceived by the sales rep Courtney to secure the sale.
Last January we replaced our nearly 18 year old Carrier which was costing more in repair and maintenance than it was worth. Air McCall was prompt in quoting a more efficient Carrier system at a price that was very competitive with other companies before the military discount. As an out-of-town landlord, I appreciate the phone communication, expediency of removal and installation, and the courteous nature of the installers when speaking to my tenants. I've had no issues with the system and the overall experience has been excellent. I now have a trusted partner in helping me keep the HVAC in my rental property in top condition. Thanks!
I wanted to like this company but I couldn’t even get a quote from their sales person Rob Battinelli. He came by my house to look at my current AC and Furnace unit/specs so I could replace my older unit. He was very pushy to sell the Carrier brand. Once I asked for quotes on other brands, he seemed to have lost interest. However, he left stating he would email me a quote. Its 4 weeks later and no quote. I’ve reached out to him three times. Each time there was an excuse, but he still promised he would send some thing over. Now he’s not even returning my texts. If a company is not willing to respond during the initial quoting phase, I can’t imagine they would respond when I have an issue with my unit.
We had Air McCall come out to do our new AC ductwork. Toby the VP was extremely professional in explaining the process and quoting me for the job. They came in a few hundred dollars less than the other bids that I received. The technicians were at my property for three days completing the job. Every evening the house was left clean and materials neatly stacked out of the way. They were always on time, professional, and pleasant to have at the home. After the job was completed, slightly less work was done than the original estimate and the final bill was adjusted down to reflect the work completed. I would trust this company to come back anytime.
Their prices are higher than other good local HVAC companies. I have a problem with the heat cycle of the heat pump when trying to use it for the first time since the install. They are rying to stick me with a $1,700 charge to me to replace a part. It is a zone board that was working fine before they changed out the system. They came out and changed out the thermostat and did some rewiring and now the part is supposedly bad. Don't know how this will end up.
Super professional company with great communication and follow-up. Elis O was our tech. He explained what services he would be providing and how our system measured up. He was polite and efficient. I highly recommend Air McCall.
We were in the market for a new A/C system. I had about 9 different companies come out and provide quotes for the exact same service/equipment. Air McCall was the best priced, most responsive and top rated. They worked with me as we were having other work done and they not only aligned schedules but made sure none of the other work impacted the new system. On the day of install, they sent 3 installers that were able to get the job done quickly and with quality. They even rerouted my drain to a more appropriate location and ensured the A/C lines from the unit were protected and well hidden. I couldn't be more pleased with the team, the company and the overall experience. I even would text the sales rep after the sale with any questions and he would respond promptly and get me to the appropriate person when necessary. I definitely recommend them for you A/C work. Air McCall did a great job from start to finish installing our new Carrier HVAC system! Thanks to Curtis for working with us to get the correct unit for our home. He was very patient, knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all our questions.
From initial phone inquiry(thank you, Shannon) to arrival of technicians, we were given a thorough explanation of what to expect during air duct cleaning. Allen and Caleb patiently answered any additional questions as they worked in our home,and even came right back when we had a small concern right after they left. All good! Highly recommend!
$250 for a 25 minute visit. At least they solved the problem. Update: honestly feels like scam artists. They install the unit and give you a 2 year warranty on labor and a 10 year warranty on parts. As soon as the labor warranty falls off is when the parts start going bad. They've been out here twice in 4 months just after the labor warranty fell off. 250 for the first visit, another $99 few months later to tell me they'll have to come back a third time for more labor charges since they didn't have the part today. Getting the quote for labor for this third visit, I'll be in the hole for $719 for "labor" within 4 months of this labor warranty ending. Incredible timing, no?
Air McCall really helped us when we were in a jam and we are very thankful for their prompt service. Our previous air conditioner went out on Wednesday night while in the middle of dealing with a tropical storm coming in to our area. We called Air McCall and Rob came and gave us an estimate on Thursday for installation of a new system. The next day on Friday Alonzo and TJ installed our new air conditioner. All of our experience has been more than we could have asked for. Alonzo and TJ spent all day Friday up into the evening installing and Alonzo still gave us time to show us how to work our thermostat and maintain our air conditioner before leaving. Alonzo is very knowledgeable with the systems. We would highly recommend Air McCall, Rob, Alonzo, and TJ to anyone looking for service or installation. Rob asked us many questions to find out what our needs were in a new system and gave us several options. We are very happy with our new Carrier Infinity system.
We recently had two new carrier units installed. The team was on time, professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure that every part of the system was working and even fixed a few issues that we didn't know we had with our draining pipes. Great company and the people were a pleasure to work with and show that they love what they do.
Second time I have purchased a a/c unit from Air McCall. Both times I got competitor quotes and both times Air McCall provided the most value. The were responsive with their quote, and responsive with their installation. Unit is working flawlessly. PS: I have also used Air McCall for servicing my units. They always send professional tech's more so than the firm I used to use.

We had a great experience with Air McCall with the replacement of our AC unit back in February of this year. From our initial visit with Robert Bartinelli to the installation by Eric and Jesse, the process was flawless. Mr. Bartinelli's presentation was very professional, and he was very knowledgeable with the system. On the day of the installation, Eric & Jesse arrived at the time we had been given. They were both very polite and efficient. Once they were finished, they explained how the system works and did the set-up of our thermostat. Air McCall sent out a tech named Jason when Our a/c went out. He was able to diagnose and repair our system within a couple hours. He even had the part we needed in his truck. Very professional and super responsive. Highly recommended company
