Do not hire this company!! Never repaired AC after numerous visits, poor communication, blocked phone numbers and refused to diagnose our ac problems.
Ac is going in and out for months now called fran multiple times everytime he answers says "he can't make it out today maybe tomorrow " came out once for maybe 5 minutes no trouble shooting involved compressor was working for the moment but as soon as they left back to not working we tried to explain that to them but they have no patience or customer service terrible company I hope they find better technicians soon
Fran was prompt and punctual. He was super friendly and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. After isolating the problem, he swung out the next day. Within 15 minutes, my A/C was restored. I am a customer for life!
Air Decision is a great company. Fran is the best AC install technician I have used so far. Installation was perfect and great price too. I will use Air Decision whenever I need again.
