I had a remarkable experience from beginning to end using AC Jax for my install of a new 3 ton Gree Flexx heat pump and air handler. The responsive communication throughout the process and the professionalism of Rick and his crew were top-tier, which is often lacking from many HVAC companies, big and small. After obtaining estimates for this project from over a dozen local companies, I was extremely pleased with AC Jax because they were perfectly in the middle on cost; always be wary of a company that gives an estimate that seems too low for what it should usually cost. The installation process was efficient and completed within a day, with them also going above and beyond to ensure that the finished project and my experience were to their high standards. I definitely recommend AC Jax to anyone looking for the right HVAC company around Jacksonville that will provide you with honest pricing and unbelievable service.
After my AC went out, I called a large local HVAC company (not naming names) to look at it. After three visits and multiple repairs, it still wasn't working. The only answer I would get is that they couldn't figure it out and that I needed a new system. I eventually called AC Jax and Rick who quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed my system, for a lot less than it would have cost me had I needlessly replaced it. AC Jax is the only HVAC company I'll use going forward. Rick is trustworthy, prompt, and reliable... Plus his beard is amazing.
Rick helped my grandma out tremendously. She was a customer of Snyders AC for ten years and they screwed her over with a costly repair and demanded an additional $12k to reinstall a new system. Rick is doing it for less and its better quality. Plus, his beard smells good.
These guys have helped me out twice in a pinch. The owner is a great guy with tons of experience and the prices are totally reasonable. Would recommend!

We were having issues not getting any air flow in our laundry room. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and got us on the schedule to get the duct work repaired. Now every room in our house has proper air flow and is comfortable. The techs that came out were also very friendly. Thanks AC JAX! Highly recommend!!!
This company is THE ONLY one I'll ever use.Rick at AC Jax and his team are polite professional extremely helpful and very patient when he was dealing with my elderly mother! His work ethics are what you WISH every companys was!! You won't be disappointed!

This was the BEST choice for a new ac system.Rick didn't sell us more than we needed they installed an AC the day before a hurricane was to hit us. The crew were professional and polite. They never slacked. After the hurricane they came back and double checked that everything was still ok. I will recommend AC Jax to everyone.

If you want to support an excellent small business that does heating and air, AC JAX, LLC is the place. Called yesterday to schedule routine maintenance and they were out first thing the next morning. On time, professional and responsive. Will definitely be using them from now on! For those that use AMEX, they do accept AMEX.
