Technician, Alex, was extremely professional and compassionate about our situation. Our AC went out, and our 98 year old father was a health risk! The company worked us into their busy schedule. Alex saved the day!!!

Very professional and helpful. Fixed my A/Cp and let me know I had a problem with my circuit breaker, which was replaced the next day. They fit me in scheduling wise the same day they called, which was awesome as well.
Had my AC unit serviced in February by Chris M, top notch service he went above and beyond. Very professional and thorough. Had my EVAP cleaned today and low and behold it was Chris again, once again top notch service from home. Best tech I’ve had here.
BE AWARE BE WARNED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! WORST AC COMPANY, WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 5 YEARS NOW BUT IT JUST KEEP GETTING WORSE EVERY TIME, THEY ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY, ALWAYS MISDIAGNOSE AND ALWAYS WANT TO REPLACE A PART THAT AFTER YOU AGREE AND THEY REPLACE TWO DAYS LATER THE SYSTEM DON'T WORK AND YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK AGAIN AND THEY WILL DARE WANT TO CHARGE ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS STATING IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT THEY FIXED TWO DAYS PRIOR, SCAMMERS THATS WHAT I FIND THEM TO BE, ONTOP OF THAT THEIR TECHS OFLATE HAVE BEEN RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY DOING, I RECENTLY HAD ONE TECH COME TO OUR HOUSE DINT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING WAS BARELY THERE 10 MINUTES, TOOK THE FILTER OUT AND NEVER REPLACED IT WHICH WE FOUND OUT 2 DAYS LATER THE AC WAS RUNNING WITH NO FILTER IN PLACE. I REQUESTED A COPY OF THE DIAGNOSIS TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE AC WAS TOULD IT WOULD BE EMAILED TO ME NEVER RECEIVED IT TO THIS DAY I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN I SPOKE TO BECKY I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO THAT SHE WOULD TRANSFER ME TO THE MANAGER, TRANSFERED TO THE MANAGER OF COURSE NO ANSWER, LEFT A COUPLE VOICEMAILS OF COURSE CRICKETS ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY. DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY RUN! I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW COMPANY TO DO MY ANNUAL MAINTENANCE NO THANK YOU. A/C Designs installed my original a/c system when my home was built 15 years ago. The job was done very well and the unit never suffered ANY problems in 15 years. We decided it was time for a new and more efficient a/c system so of course we call A/C Designs first. Troy Howell came out quickly and gave us a very good price on a new Carrier system. Even though we were in no hurry A/C Designs quickly put us on their schedule and the new system was installed in short order. The installers were very professional, did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and explained in detail how to manage the new system. This is a quality company with professional employees and I highly recommend A/C Designs.

Ignacio with AC Designs showed up on time and was extremely professional during his visit today. His thoroughness and attention to detail left me confident that my HVAC system was serviced properly.
From the timely visit of Comfort Advisor, Troy, to the scheduled service all was done professionally. Troy found an issue with my system which required an additional air return that the original company which installed the system missed. Before the duct cleaning I could almost write the Gettysburg Address on my desk in the dust. I can definitely see and feel the difference in the amount of dust and the air circulation. Thanks!
Got the outside unit and inside unit new carrier. Rob the sales rep was amazing, responsive and did not pressure us! Which is amazing he helped with the green sky financing. The girls that picked up the phone were professional, they get in touch with you about the building permit which I suggest you get! The crew that came anthony was one of them do not recall the other gentleman's name were professional cleaned up and communicated and worked hard. I also got new wires done since i was getting a new system. I was nervous to get a new system since it was an expensive purchase, but everyone answered all the questions i asked and followed up. When in doubt reach out to Rob he's honest and reliable!
