Sean repaired the starter on my AC unit. He was quick and courteous. I can’t say enough good about this company. Thank you Sean!!! When I called for service they were very kind and quickly set up an appointment with a reasonable time frame.
Sean came out for my maintenance service, very professional. Offered options for additional services without any pressure. On time, and in and out quickly.

The crew took their time to and methodically installed the unit, did their checks and balance balances. And made sure that the unit was coolin before wrapping it up..
I was able to get a technician over quickly to diagnose and fix my a/c unit only blowing hot air. My technician Sean immediately identified the issue and had the parts on hand to resolve in under an hour. He was very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c repair!!
Not happy with this company. We started with them when they first began. They were overpriced then we just didn’t know any better. We’ve been loyal customers until 2 days ago. The charge to come out and find the problem was $329 (a lot higher than anyone else!) we weren’t worried because we planned to get them to do the job we needed done. But when the estimate came back almost $3000 more than other reputable companies and they were NOT willing to consider our loyalty over the past decade… we had no choice but to go with another company. They even told me to try another company to find a lower price for the job saying it would Not be the case. The $329 charge is OUTRAGEOUS and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! No support here for this highway robbery! This company got too big for their britches!
After trying another AC company that was non-responsive, AA came to the rescue. The experience was great. Angie took great care of us, helping my wife and me through the process of selecting the perfect unit for our home. They hooked us up with a 4 ton Rheem unit. The installers were thorough, responsive, and considerate. I got the impression that we were more than just another client to them, that they actually cared. We are extremely happy with our new system and recommend AA to you, too!

Installation of Generac stand-by generator. Professional team, prepared all permitting, submitted and walked it through municipal/county. Did full installation in one day! They have their own people for natural gas line plumbing, and did it all!
This business is awful! My elderly parents, including a World War II veteran, were defrauded out of a $9,000 deposit AA Service and Repair refused to return for doing nothing. They are not even licensed to work in the county where my parents live. Unprofessional is an understatement.
I am always happy to praise good customer service. I purchased a Rheem hvac system 6 years ago. Until six weeks ago, the only work I have had do on the system is maintenance. Six weeks ago, I came home to a very warm house. I called AA . The office staff was courteous, kind and quick to have someone out to my home. Ray arrived in just a few hours to my home. He was professional and knowledgable. He explained my needed repair. Within less than 24 hours, the part was ordered and replaced and my home was cool again. Fast forward to two weeks ago. I again came home to a warm house. I called AA . Received the same wonderful service from the office staff. Ray came back out( waived the trip charge) and did a second repair( not related to the first repair) refilled and recharged my system at no cost!!What a blessing!. I would definitely recommend AA for any AC repairs. Amazing customer service.
They don't Care if your a "New Customer" I recently had my air conditioning struggle to keep up in the blistering Florida heat a weekend ago. Thinking that my Freon was low and needed to be topped off. I made an appointment with AA on a recommendation from a friend and because they're all over the local mint magazines distributes throughout the mail in the local area to come out and check my A/C unit. Upon arrival the technician after tinkering around with my AC handler determined that The capacitor was a few volts under the recommended voltage for the air handler. He stated that the capacitor was going to cost me $400 to repair which is crazy is the same exact one that they replaced is on Amazon for just $8. They told me that if I decided not to get the service and the part they were still going to charge me $265 trip charge just for showing up, regardless if your a new customer or if nothing needed to be fixed which is also ridiculous. I cannot recommend a place and all that rips you off even if you make a decision not to buy their parts. They say they are a "family owned" business but only care about the bottom line and not you as a customer **Overall extremely overpriced, find another AC repair company that doesn't rip you off. Study up on HVAC systems and do your own repair you could fix it yourself for 20 bucks!
Stay away from this company. They spend a lot of money on advertising in order to gain new customers and not take care of their past clients. I had a new Trane system installed (This company installed the system for Lowe's) which had 3 thermostats and the only way the heat would work was in the emergency mode. I called AA back to fix the problem and they wanted to charge me in order to fix their screw up. Don't let their friendly family advertising fool you. STAY AWAY!!!
While they were able to fix my AC, they did not make any effort to file a warranty claim for the barely 2 year old A/C like Donovan does.
They installed our Trane unit in 2016 and our ac went out early Wednesday morning they charged us $299 just to come out to tell us the compressor is bad. We found our paperwork and compressor still under warranty. They called us back to tell us it would be $3500 to fix even with the warranty. We called another company and they said should only be about $1500-$2500 depending on how much freon is needed. They also said that AA Service is no longer a Trane dealer that they have been removed as a Trane dealership. So it seems like AA Service is trying to charge us for the compressor because they can’t get the money back from Trane. I am highly disappointed in there professionalism, they could have out right told us they no longer handle Trane instead of ripping us off for $299.
This company refuses to honor a 10 yr warranty they said I had at the time of installation. They lied and told me I voided the warranty. Next they tell me it's a manufacturer warranty ( that I didn't get because they never registered the unit) They gave me a checklist of my responsibilities and it even included putting vinegar in the lines but never told me I had to register the unit. They just won't do the right thing..stay away The owners response is not true..the paperwork in their letterhead states a 10 yr warranty..it's clear. They didn't offer to help..just to charge $2k for a job that should cost me $500. The owner also has no idea of how the system was maintained they're making things up to avoid doing the right thing by a customer
I had my first maintenance done on my new generator and was very pleased with Shawn’s professionalism. He arrived on time and did a very good job, he was friendly and answered all my questions in regard to my generator.
Please do not use. Let me preface “shame on me” A capacitor costs $5-$40. I got charged $559 dollars for 1 hr of diagnosis and labor to install said part. Can someone please explain!! Very unethical. Like I said shame on me for letting them do the work. $259 just to come out regardless of any work. I will never use again or recommend them to anyone. Again, please do not use them even if it is the last resort.
The two techs that came to our home to replace our system were very professional and kind. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had. I appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I would definitely call them again for a repair. Thank you so much!
