Please talk to your drivers about how to drive a company truck. One of your drivers was driving extremely recklessly today at 7pm. He was driving 90mph on the highway and then cut across all lanes of traffic to make a last second exit. He then continued to speed and weave in and out of lanes. Not professional in the slightest.
Very respectful and professional. They don’t try to rip people off. They will get you the best deal . Very honest and the Very best in town . Try them out , you will not regret it . Always available and on time .
GF’s new condo needed a new HVAC unit, A/C Systems was recommended. Mike and Joe did the full replacement including new support frame, pad and pan. They were on time, clean, courteous and made sure I was fully satisfied. I checked the area where they installed the new compressor and the air handler area after they were gone and no trash was left behind. Unit works fantastic. I have recommended them to a few of her condo neighbors already.
I have used A/C Systems for years. They replaced my systems at my old home in Ponte Vedra Beach, and now maintain my system in my current home in Mandarin. Their customer service and knowledge are excellent, and their prices are extremely competitive. I highly recommend this company.
Mike showed up and did a fantastic job on my AC unit!! It was dripping water and he cleaned it, drained it and helped me figure out what size filter I need! I've been using the wrong size for years! 😱 Definitely would recommend their services!
One of the worst companies ever!! Installed the wrong unit in a historic house, have had several techs come out to fix unit as it cannot keep cool, every time they come they say something else is wrong with the unit. It’s brand new, that they installed. The unit produces so much condensation that there is now mold, they refused to fix the problem and their response is that my ac shouldn’t be set to 70, only 74 or higher. Did not pay thousands of dollars to have limits on ac.

Called to schedule appointment as it was 100 degrees and air was not blowin cold. They would have come out same day but everyone was workin. Came out next mornin and had my air conditioning up and workin workin 30 minutes!!!
My system is a Florida Heat Pump water/air unit, ~18 years old, but still works well, in general. I have had several other companies service it over the years. Most of them come out take a quick look at it and tell me it needs to be completely replaced. Granted it is not real pretty on the inside, due to some natural corrosion of the housing. However, the compressor, coils and controls are all intact and in good shape. Only after insisting that it be serviced and declining full replacement, would these other folks check and service it. Mike Decker arrived on time, LISTENED TO ME, a former telecom engineer, about what I expected, and immediately began to check it out without a sales pitch. Mike is the man I have been hoping for, personable, clean cut, courteous, knowledgeable, what the US Navy refers to as "squared away!" A/C Systems is my "go-to" outfit from now on. Mike did a superb job servicing the system. A++ Very pleased..!!

I had experience with this company through my rental management company whom I rent through. They were amazing. The guy who came all 3 times, I think his name was Chris-(can't quite remember), was great. He did a awesome job and answered my 50 million questions. He had a great personality for seeing people face to face. I had a great experience having him in my home and talking to him. Once I own a home, I would come back to this company and ask for him specifically!
This review is 2 years overdue. Trevor has been coming to my house for the past couple of years to complete biannual maintenance on my HVAC system. Nothing crazy, just a good onceover of my HVAC system to make sure that it is operating correctly and efficiently. He has been extremely professional, courteous, and on time. Well technically, he has been a few minutes early each time, so no complaints there. He has answered all of my questions, took the time to explain how my HVAC system worked, found and fixed a wiring issue with my thermostat that was stopping my heater from working correctly and gave me simple maintenance tips that I could do to make sure that my system continued to work at peak efficiency and help save on my energy bill. If Trevor knocks on your door you are in good hands. It’s nice to find a company that prioritizes customer service; thank you again Trevor, I will recommend you and A/C Systems to anyone that needs HVAC service.
They did exactly what needed to be done, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and did it in a very timely manner.
Amazing customer service! I am out of state managing my Mother-in-Laws house. We had a time sensitive issue and I was able to schedule and have a technician out to her house quickly. Greg was our technician. He arrived on time and reported promptly what the issue was and fixed it quickly! Very happy we the service I received especially with the stress of being out of state. Great price for service as well!
A/C Systems of Jax has replaced all 3 of my HVAC units. They have always given me the best pricing. I had 2 of my units replaced this past week and Damon the installer arrived on time, was friendly, professional, courteous and cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend A/C Systems to anyone looking for repairs or replacements.

Trevor was able to fit us in last minute to repair our heating system, he was very professional and worked very quickly. He made sure I understood the issue and what needed to be done. He was able to fix our heating system within 5 minutes! We are so thankful for Trevor! Also Trevor wore a face mask and practiced social distancing inside of our home which is greatly appreciated! Thanks Trevor! Because of Trevor our family will continue doing business with AC Systems of Jacksonville!
Called the company first thing this morning ! Trevor responded and was here before lunch ! He did an excellent job , explained all he had done , what he had to fix ! Fixed it and now we have air conditioning ! Thank heavens !! Appreciate response quickly , good job ad very competent ! Problem fixed !!
