Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in over 50 years on this planet. We had a family staying at our home who had a severely autistic child who is blind and they had just been out to work on the AC and it didn’t work. Shocker. The usual. We asked them to come back out and it was nearly 100° in the middle of summer and they didn’t. Extremely rude. Please use any other company in Volusia county but not them.

I called Von-Aire to provide system maintenance, they were friendly and they scheduled me quickly at a time that worked best for me. Their communication was awesome, they called me half an hour before the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way. Jay, the technician, did an outstanding job! He was very professional, listened to my concerns with my AC, and answered my questions thoroughly. He did an excellent job making me feel like a valued customer, and thoroughly investigated my AC to make sure it was running properly and efficiently. I highly recommend Von-Aire, and look forward to using this company for the years to come!
I have been a customer of Von-Aire for many years. I would not go to any other company. They have never me let me down. Give them a try, if you want honest and reliable professionals. Don't get stuck with the "Big Companies" who treat you like a number, not a valued customer like Von-Aire.
Semi Annual Check Up
Joe does our bi-yearly maintenance on our system every time, and he is pleasant, and professional. They are prompt, and cordial on the phone, and are on time when the service is due.
Have used Von Aire for many years in my business location and in my home. They have always delivered good results in repairs, installation of ductless A/C and maintenance.

This is the second time I have used this company, both times with excellent service! The first time was for a "free" maintenance check for a brand new townhouse I had purchased in Venetian Bay, NSB. The second time because the a/c wasn't cooling as expected. Both service personnel (Larry & Joe, respectively) arrived in a timely fashion, plus they were respectful, competent and friendly! Larry provided a lot of teaching for preventive maintenance & Joe taught me about the issue causing my a/c to malfunction. Plus I got a timely appointment & was treated kindly by Gina the company rep. I would highly recommend this company!
There are some great AC companies in town but this is not one of them. We had a retreat house in Palm Coast and had a boy with autism on the third floor. It was the only floor they could accommodate him and it was the middle of summer and nearly 100° and probably hotter in that room. They had just been out to the house recently to allegedly fix the air conditioner but it was broken and they refused to come back out. They were absolutely rude and hung up on us and we will never recommend them to our hundreds of friends and family in Volusia county or any location. And I’m a journalist and don’t recommend them to my readers. Dr. Mercola and I would never use this company in our lives even if I depended on it.
The Von Aire service personnel are very professional and knowledgeable of their products. Our repair was a one-time service call and was repaired in less than 20 minutes. They were very prompt on arrival time.
