I just had to leave a great review for Scott of Comfort Kings Air Conditioning. This company is a small locally owned business. They were a competitive price and Scott is very knowledgeable and a good problem solver!
Comfort king is an amazing Company. Ms Janet Is super helpful, polite & extremely professional. The call service was direct it immediately to Scott. He came out craw underneath the house re-wired & re-piped my entire house. Pricing, quality & customer service was amazing. Thank you all….

1st impression was Ms Janet answering the phone was amazing and very professional. She gave me a time frame for same day service and Scott was on time and showed me what the problem was. Scott did not try to sell me anything he looked and showed me my ac unit was is great shape. This company has a new customer for life and they will do my maintenance check up in the future they have 10 STARRRSSS from me.THANKS COMFORT KING

Scott is very professional and he is reasonably priced, also unlike the other companies I had come do estimates he listened to me and didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of over priced and unnecessary equipment. Also, if there is a problem he will do his best to resolve it as quickly as possible. He installed two new systems for me and I’m very happy with the workmanship and the service. I highly recommend Comfort Kings if you need AC. Update 6/7/2021 Scott goes the extra mile to make customers happy. I’m a bit handy with a hammer and screwdriver so I personally will do what I can when there is a problem. So this past weekend the ac stopped working. I called Scott and he was able to diagnose over the phone that I had a bad breaker, he offered to come over when he was done with a job on the other side of the county and replace the breaker but I said I’d give it a go, so he told me what to do and I was able to make my wife cool again so score there. Then today guess what? Yep ac isn’t blowing cool! I once again called the poor man right after he had worked all day and was getting ready to go out to dinner and he said he would be right over and see if he could fix it before dinner!!! Where do you get service like that? I’ll tell you Comfort Kings. Although it should be called Comfort King as Scott is a one man show. So go ahead people make him busy so he can add some more Kings to the business.
Comfort Kings did a great job!! We would definitely call them again. We appreciated the prompt appointments and responses to all of our questions. They were able to identify the issues and explain the best course of action. Thanks to Comfort Kings our home is cool and comfortable.
Bought a Beach House year and a half ago with a 22 YEAR OLD A/C.. Planned on replacing it immediately. Called 2 other places that, without even looking at it said NEEDS to be replaced ASAP..called Comfort Kings. Scott came out ina Saturday no less, went over the whole system even replaced the "high tech" thermostat with a "regular" one that we wanted...free of charge. He told us the AC is old but still has a leg and no need to replace as of yet. Signed up with a maintenance plan....he has been diligent in coming to our home whenever we call to check on our "ol Lady" 😄 He is honest ..could have sold us a unit at any time... Hence the reason why Scott IS THEE Best!! Thank u!!
Scott from Comfort Kings is fantastic!!! His skills, knowledge and workmanship is second to none. With needing a full system replacement Scott was able to come out and give us a competitive quote the same day. The installation was flawless, his quality of work is absolutely incredible and his attention to detail was amazing. Comfort Kings is the only heating air conditioning company I will ever use again.
Scott came to our house and went above and beyond to diagnose why our air conditioning bills had doubled. He inspected the inside and outside units, crawled under the house to check the returns and up in the attic looking for leaking ducts. After going into the attic, Scott suspected, and was right that our new roof was not adequately vented. He placed a thermostat in the attic that helped us determine the temperatures were over 160 degrees. Now, we are getting fans to cool down the attic. Most A/C Technicians would not go to this trouble, but Scott did. We would highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs.

I contacted several local HVAC companies asking for a quote to replace our old system in our small commercial building. The old system was a strait cool with an 8 KW heat strip. Most of the quotes I got were including many features that I did not need and were very expensive. Comfort King gave me exactly what I asked for, the right size tonnage, seer and heat strip. The amount I paid was what I hoped to pay and installation was perfect. Its great when you find a company these days that does a good job for a fair price.
We called Comfort Kings to replace the duct work in our guest house. The house smelled like smoke from the previous owner. We had both the duct work and an ultra-violet light installed (to help kill smell and germs). The result? No more smoke smell and a more efficient AC system. I definitely recommend them! Great rates and service!
Comfort Kings came out first thing on a Sunday morning to fix my broken AC. From the minute I called late Sat evening, I was taken care of professionally and respectfully. Thankfully, the fix was quick and inexpensive but I felt comfortable and confident with their solutions and certainly not taken advantage of being a new homeowner with no experience dealing with these issues on my own. I liked them so much, I even requested some other work! Call them today! You won’t be disappointed.
The moment I called Comfort Kings, I knew we were going to be working with professionals who understood a customer’s urgency when their air conditioning stopped working during the middle of Summer. I spoke with Janet in the office and she immediately had a technician call me to discuss the problem and schedule a time he could be there. The tech was punctual, polite, and diligent about fixing the issue. Upon replacing a part, the tech explained to me that our system was over 15 years old, on it’s last leg and why by showing me where there were going to be more potential issues. He didn’t rush me when I asked several questions, and discussed different solutions about what to do. Per our request, he gave us a quote for a whole new A/C unit the next morning and encouraged us to make sure we, “shop around and get a few more quotes” so that our family would have peace of mind and confidence in our decision. We crossed our fingers, hoped we could hold off for a little while and started calling several businesses for quotes. As he predicted a few days later it stopped working again. This time it was after 5pm, and we didn’t think that we would be able to get a someone to come fix it that late. I kid you not, a tech came to my rescue within 30 mins! Thankfully, he fixed it one more time, but reminded us that it may not last much longer. After doing some research and thumbing through our pile of quotes, we decided that Comfort Kings was the type of company we wanted to install the new A/C unit. Of course, price was a huge factor, but their professionalism, knowledge in the field, patience, understanding and thoroughness also heavily influenced our decision. They handled the city permits, explained the warranty info, answered more of our questions, and the install went smoothly. They even scheduled the inspection for me based on my availability.
