Tech very polite, thorough, and professional. Put on disposable shoe coverings every time entering our home. Office staff very accommodating regarding servicing/scheduling our 3 units.
The tech arrived right on time and made sure to complete the work. AC is working perfectly fine now!
Miguel the tech found the problem within minu tes. so he sent the informaton to his office. .They told me that me that they sent the information to my landlord for approval. He waited for 2 hours to get approval under the sun. The office was blaming my landlord so I called in ation homes. The called them and were informed they that they were working on the proposal and then they would fax when ready. I have a daughter with severe seizure disorder and gets worst with heat, stress or lack of sleep, she takes 2 medicine and has a machine that is connected to her brain to help her with her seizures. So I called South cooling spoke to LisaMarie and explained the situation again she stated that it's be on her control so I asked to speak to the office manager, the person who is supose the write the proposal and supervisor, she stated that they are gone for the day. So she lied that the proposol was sent to my landlord. Miguel trying to de escalate the situation came back and put freon, but the air-conditioner is probably going to freeze again tonight and leak on our floor again. I would never recommend this company to any American. I say that because initial when my husband explained our daughters seizures the girl that answered the phone didn't understand and told him to talk to our daughter. I guess she expected me to tell my daughter not to have any seizures. After being lied to several times, I do t trust them to do the right thing. And I my daughter gets any seizures tonight I will sue them for damages.

So messed up and unprofessional, the technician came for one thing and messed up another. And no one knows anything when u called, they are very rude and don’t care or follow up with the issues.
The service person was very thorough, professional and took his time to find the problem and took care of it.
a bad experience with this company, very disorganized people, many times trying to talk to the manager and never returning the calls, finally and with that disorganization they wanted me to pay them first for a possible estimate, I do not recommend this company for any job
I had an issue with hot air comping out of the closet that houses the AC air handler. South Cooling contacted me to schedule a visit immediately after reporting this issue to my leasing company. They found the issue and identified the mystery of the hot air. They provided detail information on their troubleshooting and diagnostics performed during their site visit. The technician was very courteous.
No customer services at all!! They are unable to manage their own services. I've been waiting for more than a month to have my 2 units fixed.
Stay away from these people. They do not know what they are doing. Unprofessional. Rude. Thieves. They will tell you parts are broken that are perfect. No customer service. All they do is change part after part, to see if by chance they get it right. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Be smart, go to the next company. You'll be glad you did.
Suppose to give South Cooling LLC. No stars, I definitely would’ve done it but I can’t on here. This company technician was not honest and didn’t fix my A/C wall unit after he said it was not cooling the room. He went to his van to call, and he told his supervisor. He came back and then asked me to sign a ticket invoice that the A/C unit was running fine. I looked at him like you know it’s not working, and he looked at me and said my boss told me to do this, sir. I was shocked but didn’t sign anything. The technician commented that he has the same issues with his A/C in his apartment and dealing with his landlord about it. South Cooling LLC. Promise me they would send another technician, but the same one came to the home again. Other companies told me they should’ve had two people to take it out of the wall but can’t with one guy, so South Cooling LLC. the technician made up a story that the A/C unit was working because he couldn’t fix the A/C along. If you have an A/C unit, please don’t do any business with South Cooling LLC. my house was very warm, and the technician couldn’t fix it by himself, so he acted like it was working well. The technician's behavior was like a con artist
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! After one week and 2 technicians, my AC is stuck on 75F. They did not fix it and said the AC is working fine. I called them up and they said the boss (GUSTAVO) left, and cannot talk to me.

The techs came out and replaced the motor, then came out to clean vents and cooling system. It works, and my house is cooler now
If I had the time to go out of my way and tell people to avoid this company I would. The A/C unit for a home I was renting broke in May and wasn’t fixed by this company until October. Between South Cooling and the rental property managers at Invitation Homes, everyone kept pointing fingers instead of fixing the problem, which was a broken AC for the entire summer of 2021. The workers they sent said they seen rodent droppings in the attic and would not work on the home because of that. The rental company eventually sent someone to remove all of the old insulation and install new insulation. When they finally arrived to fix the A/C in October they cut a hole in the ceiling (which caused all of the new insulation that was just installed to fall to the ground) taped one of my garbage bags to the ceiling and left it for me to figure out. If zero stars was an option to give out I would.
Had a leak, the serviceman Jeffrey found the source of the leak and repaired it immediately. He also gave advice for maintenance moving forward. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & prompt.
