Excellent and professional service! Omar came out immediately and him and his colleague replaced my AC the same day, what a lifesaver. He gave great advice which saved me money and the prices quoted were great. I am so grateful I started working with Air Definition and look forward to working with them in the future. I have been using Omar for my AC needs not only for my home but also for my business. He is extremely reliable and fair with his pricing. The work is second to none and he is there to answer any questions or provide service when you need it. Fast and reliable is hard to find today and he definitely fits those categories. My AC went out at 8 pm, I called him and by noon the following day he was at my house with the new handler and compressor. Work was completed and I had new AC within 24 hours. 💯
I called Omar from Air Definition Wed at 2p he responded and went to my house to check my air problem at 4p and On Thrusday at noon I already had a new AC installed . Omar explained to me my options clearly . He is honest, kind and reliable. I sincerely had the best experience ever. It is difficult now days to find such a good customer service but truly you can find it with Omar from Air Definion.
On Friday 4-7-17 I had Omar from Air Definition come to my home in order to replace an A/C unit. We made an arrangement for Omar to come by on 4-11-17 at 9:00 AM. He arrived at 8:55 AM and completed the job by 12:20 PM. Here I though he was going to be working all day. The reality is that good professional workers are hard to find. It's apparent that Omar takes pride in his work. I will highly recommend Omar and Air Definition. Thx Omar .

I am so very happy that I chose Omar from Air Definition to replace both my indoor and outdoor A/C!!! I had 7 companies come out to my house, but Omar was the only one who really made me feel like I could trust him. He is very smart, innovative and honest! He explained everything he was doing and was very fast and efficient. He cleaned everything up and went beyond to make sure that everything was working and looked good. He even went online and set up my warranty and then called me the next few days to make sure everything was working properly. I had to call him about two weeks later with a question about the thermostat and he called me back immediately and explained everything to me again. I highly recommend Omar with any and all your A/C needs! He is just WONDERFUL and very honest and trustworthy!

Hay muchos alrededor de mi area arreglando A/C, ninguno como Omar... Lo hemos llamado en ocasiones bien dificiles en medio de un calor insoportable con un bebe en casa y llega como el 911. Es justo. Muy profesional. Siempre da con la rotura. Hace recomendaciones necesarias y por sobre todas las cosas su precio es bien competitivo. Todos ofrecen productos... Muy pocos te brindan un buen servicio... Como el de Air Definition!!!!!
Great Service. Omar is very knowledgeable. Response time was very quick. Installed mini split AC perfectly. Another occasion fixed central AC in no time. Very happy with Air Definition.
