This is my 2nd time using Cool Running. The experience & comfort level with this company as well as with their employees have been beyond expectations. Great job, professionalism & most of all honesty as to what is needed to be done. Very straight forward, no hiddened fees or doubts as to what may be wrong. One of a kind company in honesty!
Great customer service and knowledgeable and friendly technician. James. I had an ac emergency today while Miami was in a heat advisory. Called them and just a couple of hours later James was here to diagnose, fix the issue and cool down my home again. Janet was great on the phone, dispatching the tech and keeping me advised of estimate arrival time and to let me know when the driver was on his way. And all of this was for a first time customer on a Saturday!!! They were responsive, fair and honest and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. If you're having ac issues.... And you're reading this.... Look no further.
First Class service. Got both of my units serviced and performed preventive maintenance. Maintenance matters! Highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with my installation. The company has great customer service, and the technicians were punctual to my house. They worked in a precise and timely manner and got the work done. I will def recommend this company to anyone who is in need of AC services. Competitive pricing and financing is also available so it is very convenient.

I am always leery of any company. This company put us at ease. They gave us an install date. Showed up on time. They finished on time and did not charge me until everything worked perfectly. We are very happy with both split systems. The rooms are now cooling. I would recommend them for any Air Conditioner work. Listen to Romy, the owner, and his recommendations do the job. They have great staff. You will be pleased with their work.

Came out 3 times and a/c still broken. Charged me for replenishing freon twice, even though the fact that it leaked out was their fault. Freon not cheap at $496 for 8 lbs. Asked about this 2 days ago and haven't received a response yet. Overall not satisfied at this time. Transparency for the post to satisfy the response by the company: Unit is from 2013 (9 years old), not 2010 as they stated, and had zero problems prior to this. Came on 7/15, told me I needed to clean my a/c coils (if my A/C needed replaced, why did you charge me almost $700 to clean it when it needed to be replaced?) I could have used that money, as well as the money I spent the 2nd time you came (on 8/2, charged $496), for a new unit. 3rd time they came they stated that the outside heat exchanger is very degraded, and has a leak. It would've been good to know that the 1st visit, not after I spent $1700 with you ($700 to clean, $500 the 2nd time, and $500 the 3rd time). Do you now understand my dissatisfaction?
I just wanted to thank Romy (the owner)for the excellent service his company provided me. Technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Their service is honest and price reasonable. Yanette, at the office is very helpful. Definitely recommend these guys. You are a treasure! Thanks so much!
They charge excessively to maintain their very expensive installations: $50 per air filter and $150 to come repair the unit that broke after 2 years. It needs a new electrical board and they can't give me the costs of labor to repair it.
It took the best decision by picking Cool Running Air thank you for installing my Air Conditioner , the costumes service and attention that they offer me were amazing thank you Cool Running Air highly recommended 😊
