Good overall experience. You can approve permit via email and make payments online as well. Vendor can provide COI upon request at a moments notice as well. Better price than other top ranked vent cleaning companies.

We called several AC companies and only one was able to accommodate our need for same day service. AC-Brothers was at my address within hours. They checked the unit and it was clear that our mini-split had ran its life course. They were quick and efficient at installing the new unit. Highly recommend them!

Again I am incredibly impressed by their service. Not once have I ever called them and they not come within the same day. The techs are very good and know what they are doing. They are kind and are always able to be transparent with the issues. I recommend them to anyone that has a/c issues. You will not be disappointed.
I contacted AC Brothers on Monday night because they were recommended to me by some relatives, they came to my house less than an hour after. They ran a diagnostic on my unit and then explain to me everything needed to be done. they are very knowledgeable and I recommend them to everyone looking for a company to fix their ac unit.

Shout out to AC Brothers for their response time and quick turnaround. Contacted them late Friday night about having my AC’s coils cleaned and Dayner showed up Saturday morning and took care of the issue. Dayner was on time, professional and was very clean and organized while completing the job. I recommend them for any of your AC needs.

DO NOT USE! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY! Technician came out and was here less than 3 minutes when I got an invoice for 600 dollars stating my Freon was low by 6 lbs. They real kicker to the situation was that He never took his gauges out to check the Freon levels or open the unit up at all!I asked him to show me where the leak was that was causing the Freon to leak out and he was unable to show me. He stated it was an old unit and it would be hard to find. Why would I add freon if they didn’t fix the leak? I ended up calling a different company and when they tested my freon levels, the unit was only a half pound low on freon and stated the unit actually only holds a total of 6lb of freon. AC Brothers is a Super shady company and will try to finesse you.

The technician was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, he was able to find the part and do the repair job the same day very efficiently. The tech was also very professional and explained in detail the whole process. Highly recommend!
After having AC brothers install two systems with new ducting I will never use another AC company again. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and the professionalism. Carlos treated me like family from day 1.
I needed an emergency repair job done as the AC on the roof was causing a nasty leak in my ceiling directly beneath the unit. The company sent out a tech immediately and Dani came within an hour. Ive never seen such a responsive and professional company like the AC Brothers. Dani opened up the unit and immediately noticed the issue at hand. The motor for the blower was broken causing massive amounts of ice to accumulate, causing leaking into the ceiling. A new blower was picked up on the spot, installed and Dani wouldn't leave until every piece of ice was gone and melted. I was amazed at how professional and proficient the workers were. I felt reassured that the leak would stop once the water dried up and the tech left....about 45 minutes later I heard a not so good sound coming from the AC unit, and it was concerning to me, so I called the company back, and at 10:00 PM!!! The owner of the company Carlos called me back personally and told me he would come and fix it. Carlos arrived around 10:45 pm, got on the roof, and fixed the situation, explaining that the unit needed proper insulation and we haven't had a problem since, while the leak stopped the next day as we had been told..btw this all happened on a FRIDAY NIGHT! on a Friday night, these guys stopped what they were doing and came to help because they care about there customers. Do not use any other company for your AC repairs and needs. These are your guys.
Im very handy and I wanted to install a Mini Split in my garage but it was a very complicated installation for me to do because my lines needed to be ran thru the attic .. so i decided to call AC Brothers for their great reviews on google .. well I tell you what they are really the best.. and their reviews speak for themselves.. this guy's came to my house and finish the job that I saw impossible in one day.. I couldn't belive it.. from now on this will be the only AC company allowed in my house.. you guys did a fantastic job.. super clean and quality work.. Thank You so much..
