Our a/c went out on a Saturday and we immediately called Watts. We were told the tech would be calling us soon Within 5 minutes the tech called and said he would be here as soon as he finished the job he was on. He arrived within 2 hours and got us with cold air again in about 45 minutes. We have used Watts for many years and we recommend them highly. Home town family owners.

We called to have them give our AC a tune-up there was nothing wrong with our AC unit the guy finished came in said sign here everything is good not even an hour later we called him back the AC wasn't working we got it to work ok then again the it stopped working it was hot then they came back said it was because of the weather which we never had an issue with our AC because of the temperature before I don't know what Dwayne the tech did but we are not happy will not recommend them. So we had another tech show up his name is Nedd he did a great job he said the 1st tech never cleaned the AC unit he was very upset he even replaced some parts at no no cost to us which was so nice of him thank you so much Nedd for your hard work.

They were very unprofessional and when we didn't use for the service they changed the FREE estimate to a service all and they didn't even do anything..now trying to charge us 99 dollars. Do not recommend this company at all.

ANSWER FROM OWNER THAT THEY MAY NOT DO AN MFD Check ON CAPACITORS IS BALONEY!!. That is the FIRST Thing to check. Failed capacitors RUIN MOTORS. $1,200. COMPRESSORS FOR INSTANCE. No JOKE.

Jose is the best technician. I continually request him to come to my house because he always figures out what the problem is with my AC even when others couldn’t. He works as long as it needs to to get my house clean again for my large family in this Florida heat. I give Jose 5 stars. He is an absolute asset to this company.

Highly recommend this company. They responded to our needs immediately as we had just moved here in May and needed a new a/c unit. They met our needs and installed the same day. We will continue to use them-100% satisfied. Customer service and billing departments are exceptional. Thank you!

If it wasn't for Joe and James' extraordinary customer service, would most likely leftone star. After having a "check and cleaned" annual service my uncle has paid to get done for the past decade, this time around it took a little over a week for the AC system to stop working. Fast forward after it is completed, I politely tried voicing my concern about the "check and clean" I had the other week and why the tech did not pinpoint a bad capacitor. The rep suggests it happens with time, even after it has been checked. Another point she made was that their technicians do not check every component when doing a check and clean. That left me furious. So, I decided to take this picture attached to numerous knowledgeable and veteran technicians and all said the same. In a check system especially an annual one, this would've been brought to my attention. This goes to make me wonder if even the fan motor was also missed during the initial "check and clean". Going without ac even for a day with children is a living hell. So If I ever need AC work, it will be with another company since I was told Joe was to retire this year. Edit: I was told by one of your supervisors that he was. That is why I would say "such a thing". And I was told you do not check all components by one of your representatives when I initially asked about me coughing up $80 on a useless annual service. Also your rep mentioned that not all the servicemen who perform annual checks are pro experience but mediocre. Her words not mine

I like to share a very bad first experience in many years with Watts Air Conditioning Service , as usually I called for a normal maintenance service for my AC. For the very first time now they asked you " is this for maintenance or for " service "? For me it's very logic that when you call for maintenance then the tech. find something wrong that need to be " service THEN the call becomes a service one ! Is this is now a "word" game to charge you more as they did ? For the " service they charge $99.00 but If I said maintenance the fee was less. How do I know? The technician in less than 20 mins. checked the gas pressure and everything was perfect. Fee: $99.00 . In the other hand I ask to change a "capacitor" in a wall unit ( 5 mins work ) and the charge was $ 189.00 ! 5 mins work. ( The Capacitor cost $ 12.25.at Amazon same brand ,same specs. (See photo) I heard that Watts AC changed ownership. Again, the tricky question is this: " you want maintenance or service " a very well intended question to change the cost of the service or the maintenance, what a very novel way to ripoff people. Good bye Watts. H

They installed a brand new air conditioner at our place it went out within a month. When I called to have it fixed they said it was extremely unlikely they would be able to make it for several days during the summer. When they installed the air conditioning unit they got mud all over our brand new place. We ended up having to clean up their mess

Their technician contacted to confirm my appointment and to let me know he was on his way. He started working on my maintenance service. I appreciate that he wore boot coverings and stated that my system is in good working order and ready for the heating season.

It was terrible. I called for a repair under warranty and I was charged 99.00 for a trip charge. Outrageous!!!
