Sheduled appointment two weeks ago for today, 1/20/23 from 9am to 11am time slot. Blew me off with too many excuses. I would never ever use this business! Most likely they will go out of business. Don't waste your time or money!✝️
Ac working fine but high ac bill called them out there tech said wrong fan motor it was 6 months old after market ac fine said needed oem motor 515.00 dollars later ac not working right unit was a 2017 all of a sudden no warranty sent a master tech out he found unit was just a little low on Freon so it cost 615.00 dollars for 1 lbs of Freon and replace a motor that was working they always had a answer they messed up and would not stand up bosses are Crooks
Our AC was not cooling, and the temperature was rising. When we purchased this new home, Air Flow had installed the AC, and we opted for the Maintenance Plan. We already had a long history with Air Flow from our previous Florida home. The repairman came out and said the coil was leaking, and would need to be replaced. In the meantime, he added a sealer and recharged the system. This was Wednesday, 7/7/21. He said with a little luck the part would be in on Friday. Thursday evening, I got a call from Air Flow, they wanted to install Friday Morning! Pablo called before he arrived this morning. He installed a new coil, recharged the system and answered a couple questions I had. It doesn't get much better than that! You live in Central Florida, you can not go without AC. The Maintenance Plan is worth it's weight in gold! Air Flow Designs has always been responsive to our needs for the past 30 years!

My home AC was out I called them for a diagnostic and estimate, Was a fan motor and capacitor, When I asked for the price to repair them I was told by the technician they have a blanket all type pricing system, In other words a basic repair of replacement parts is gonna cost you either the $442 for very limited repairs or the $600 pricing for electrical, gold ,platinum and such, They don't charge you per repair per say they charge you a flat fee, I used to do property management for commercial restaurants, I did a lot of work with AC people, Maybe I'm getting old but I used to get a written estimate for a parts and service, and that was the cost, Not this whole flat fee, everything done for one price no matter how minor the repair, Diagnostic but the Tech could not give it to me I had to request it from the office, The Tech was a very nice person and everyone I spoke to was very nice, Just letting you know that no matter how small the repair. You're not gonna walk away with paying less than $400 with this company.

anthony was very personal and knowledgeable.i would request him again.but as an electrician for 35 yrs charging 200 dollars for replacing a capacitor was a little steep.thanks for your prompt response to my ac issue as my girlfriend has stomach cancer and i had to have this resolved quickly.much appreciated.
Received a call from Anthony to say he was enroute and would be at my house in about 20 minutes. True to his word he showed up in 20 minutes. He gave me a nice greeting and introduced himself and stated why he was here. He conducted a very thorough review of my entire HVAC system. During the visit he was informative and friendly. His customer service skills and professional knowledge are excellent. I'm glad that Air Flow Designs has an employee of Anthony's caliber. Will definitely request for him when I need service or for my next maintenance check-up.

Joe has 35 plus years in Air Conditioning service and it showed. He is thorough and comprehensive. He takes time to educate the customer in thermostat operation. Air Flow is fortunate to have him work for them.

Anthony replaced the sensor and was punctual and courteous.
