James did a great job getting our air conditioner working and giving us good tips to maintain our system
Stellar is just that, beginning to end. They're really good at communicating so you know exactly when your technician is coming. The man who inspected my aging AC system went out of his way to be thorough - and honest - and really helpful. The next day, an itemized receipt was sent via email. I'm so impressed with Stellar and am very glad to have had them recommended.
We are thrilled with the service that Stellar Air Conditioning has provided us over the past couple of years. We had recent part replacements as well as a full service (including clearing of a clog in our drain line) on our “older than the hills” air conditioning unit with very reasonable pricing and excellent service/results. Our technician Garrett even went above and beyond on a recent visit to install a new return filter grill for us (we tried ourselves but we’re unsuccessful at installing it in the ceiling-we aren’t the fixit types!) without charging extra (it took him less than 5 minutes to get it up there!). Cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sticking with them for all of our home cooling/heating needs! Super friendly as well as excellent communications (you receive text notifications and phone calls with updates).

I had a fantastic experience scheduling my HVAC maintenance appointment with this company. The customer service representative I spoke with (Danielle) was incredibly friendly and helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to book an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. Danielle was patient in answering all of my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

Scheduling was fast my service technician was Mr.James Etchison I recognized him by the picture provided by Stellar Services Mr.Etchison arrived at the scheduled time he was courteous professional and knowledgeable he identified the problem explained what needed to be done to repair it and repaired it my experience with stellar services was very good I highly recommend them

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Daniele, an office staff member of Stellar Services, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with her level of customer service! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. Daniele was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services, and she took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. What really stood out to me was the level of communication and follow-up that I received. Daniele kept me informed every step of the way, from confirming my appointment to letting me know when the technician was on their way. She even followed up after the appointment to make sure that everything had been taken care of to my satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Stellar Services to anyone in need of HVAC service or installation. Daniele, as well as the rest of their team members I interacted with, truly went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
Want to start out by saying the company refunded my $89 service fee when I contacted them and they were responsive. I also believe in contacting a service provider first before leaving a negative review. Having done that, I do still feel compelled in this instance to leave a public response as a "beware" because of the manipulativeness of the whole experience. The tech who came to our home had been here for several hours and already had us agreeing to over $1000 in repairs before he told us that his "moral compass" wouldn't allow him to further "do harm" to our home. (Quotes are exact.) It looked like, he said, our HVAC would need around $3000 in parts and repairs, and we'd be almost halfway to a new unit monetarily at that point. So his "moral compass" wanted to send a "comfort specialist" out to give us a quote on a complete HVAC system replacement instead. (Again, "moral compass" and "comfort specialist" are exact quotes.) A "comfort specialist" [sales rep] showed up at our house within the hour with his $8000 minimum quote. My partner and decided to wait until the next day and seek a second opinion before committing to either repairs or replacement. The tech from that second company repaired our HVAC within 20 minutes . He found a blown fuse in our interior unit. Which he replaced for no charge. People are fallible, lesson learned to always seek a second opinion...but like I said, the manipulation behind this service call is why I'm opting to leave a public review.
